This place needs new ownership. Prices are high; staff is very rude. No wearing of masks. Overall very disappointing. Won't be coming back.

The first time that I went into the store they had charged me $10 for a pack of cigarillos the next day the same pack cost $20 today I go in and the pack cost $30 it seems as if the staff is trying to haggle you for your money I would not recommend going here to shop

Amazing Customer service. Definitely a repeat customer now for that alone. Got a vape mod that was missing the mouthpiece, (and I must admit that I mistakenly thought wasn't working but he showed me I was installing the batteries wrong) and they took care of me. Had to take time after I left while sitting in the parking to leave this review.

I come to this smoke shop with my fiancé for our hookah products and I think it’s the best smoke shop in Hialeah, We always come here. I went in to buy a salt nic nkd100 juice. The small bottle, and they tried to charge me $35! $35 when it’s literally $17 dollars online. I know forsure I’m not going to this smoke shop again. A ripoff
