Luggage Lounge, Miami Beach FL

This is such a lovely place! Super comfortable, perfect if you need a place to leave your luggage and wait for your cab to the airport. Service is great, everybody is kind and attentive. I will keep choosing them for sure in my future trips to Miami.

I used this company a couple of times while in Miami. Unfortunately, not nice service and very little friendly.

I had the opportunity to see the place, the attention is excellent, the prices are affordable and the best thing is that your suitcases and backpacks are 100% safe and well cared for.

Beautiful place, highly recommended, two blocks from the beach, I was able to change before taking my flight.

Wow, 5 Stars for me. I checked out of my hotel, I left my luggage with this company while I went to the beach. Guess what, they even have a changing room.

DO NOT use this business for ANYTHING! They are scammers who will take your money and run.literally. We were told we would get refunds for our tour being canceled by the driver of the bus. Upon returning to their office one of the employees literally went running out the door with everyone's money, while the other person behind the desk yelled at the angry mob of customers, there is nothing we can do for you. They offer to reschedule, however we don't know if we will ever be back in Miami at this point seeing how we live across the country. This place will sound ALL good, until they have your money, then they don't care about you!

Great service! Very reasonably priced and a very convenient place to store your luggage. We also used the shuttle back to the airport.

Came in from our cruise and wanted to hang in Miami for the day … was googling to see where I could possible leave my luggage’s and thankfully found this place! The lady that work here was so nice they have a dressing room to change from vacation clothes to airport clothes … it’s super cheap I paid 30 bucks for 4 bags from 10-5: 30 … I was able to come in and relax and wait for my Uber in peace… this is such a great place very happy I found them

We were looking for somewhere to hold our luggage so that we could walk around while waiting to check-in at our hotel; this place was perfect! Very cute on the inside, and an attendee was always there to make sure that our luggage is safe. The prices are also reasonable - we will definitely use your services again!

We used Luggage lounge to take care of our luggage after disembarking our cruise ship, allowing us to have a wander around South Beach before (an excellent paella) lunch at Tapelia.
The place was easy to find and dropping off our luggage was a breeze – quick, efficient and very friendly service as was equally the case when picking it all up again later that afternoon.

They also went above and beyond when I left my glasses/sunglasses in their changing room. Vanessa (the owner) very kindly located them for me and forwarded them to New York. Outstanding service, for which I was most grateful.

We left our luggage while we went to visit Miami. It is very convenient. We walked from there to south beach and just walked back to get our luggage back when we were ready to go to the airport.
