This place used to be okay, now, it SUCKS! It is simply a terrible office with very few people that care about their patients. I have had countless problems with Alma that has sighed and told me rescheduling my appointment was inconvenient to her. She has hung up on me over 5 times and makes me feel guilty for not being able to go in person for visits due to being in school. The doctor Mendoza is now canceling my appointment without my consent and refuses to get on the phone and speak to me about anything! I have been cut off on almost every sentence I have said to the receptionist and talked down to like I am 5 years old. No one that works here should have anything do with people let alone children. Due to this office’s lack of care, I as a diabetic will now be 2 months without a dexcom since they refuse to go through with my appointment and the receptionist even said the doctor went to a different patient and just skipped over my appointment. I HATE this office.
