Maria, Xhiara and the voices in the background (yes I could hear the others helping to get my issue resolved) really put themselves out there to be absolutely sure I got what I needed. I can't say enough about the "Great Customer Service" I received just recently from "Xhiara Gracia". Who was handling/processing my renewal of Homeowners and Auto Insurance from Espada Agency. She met my every expectation and then some with her professionalism, knowledge of the policy's, her response time and most of all she was very personable, friendly and a delight to talk too! If I had to rate her from a 1-10 scale, she would get a 12!

100 out of 100 times you will not get anyone to answer the phone, no matter what ext you press. Poor customer support.you should try it and see.how do you stay in business if you dont answer the phone? I have been trying to 2 weeks everyday and lVM each time and no call back, its like they are going out of business or to big.well now that Famers is pulling out of FL, they will need to understand that customer service should be 1st and not a given because you were Famers.
Update- 11.3.23, was told i would have a quote today, and today has come and gone and no call or update. Funny, I called to give the benefit but went straight to VM.its almost a joke to lead customers on.

Everybody there is professional, courteous and very knowledgeable. They can attend to all your insurance needs whether it is auto, home or life. It is like one stop shopping for all your needs

I purchased two seperate policies that totaled approx $3000 in premium. While the coverage seems adequate. A condition of my purchase was to have the agencey or insurance companies forward printed policy materials for each policy for my records. I was assured my request would be honored. It has been over a month since the policies have gone into affect, but as of this writing and my several follow up emails and phone calls, I have not received the promised hard copies of the policies. I am disappointed by the lack of response to something that is important to me as a new client.

I've been shopping around for the past month, looking for the best auto insurance rates. With the increased cost of auto insurance and the inherent risk of insuring in Florida, it's been a tedious search. Then, enter Wes Boling.

Mr. Boling was one of two insurance representatives who proactively reached out to me after I filled out a generic auto insurance comparison online. He was professional and attentive; he was not the least bit pushy. Mr. Boling was diligent and thorough in finding me the best auto insurance quote while making sure I had good coverage. He kept in touch with me throughout the process, patiently answered my (many) questions and promptly returned my calls. Mr. Boling's three qualities that stood out to me the most were friendliness, knowledge and dedication.
