lululemon, Miramar Beach FL

7+ people working. No hello upon entry, and subsequently no goodbye, no assistance finding sizes until asked. All standing around chatting and basically ignoring every customer in the store.

We’re just going to shop online even though my husband can’t use his military discount whilst shopping with a GC online. We’ll owe $13 for everything in the cart and based on that service, that doesn’t bother us a bit.

So very disappointed in this store. The only reason I give it one star is because of the lady who helped me out (cant recall her name) and went out of her way to check in the back if they had my size. Suffice it to say, they wouldn’t sell me the leggings because “they only send us a couple, and we want to leave them in the store for people to try on”. (Mind you, these were in the back, behind closed doors, and they don’t even have size 16 on display.) They offered to order them and have them shipped to me for free but, here’s the kicker: they didn’t have them online! They were sold out. I know this because another associate from the store checked! I tried explaining this to the lady at the register, but she didn’t seem to (or want to understand) and so they basically left me with no choice but to leave. It’s a shame because the leggings fit me nicely and i would have ordered multiple colors or bought more leggings that they had “in the back”, but now they’ve lost a customer.

Rude employee.literally waited 10 minutes for a dressing room standing right in front of an employee working the dressing room and she lets another person walk in front of me and gets her a room like I wasn’t standing right there for about 10 minutes. Didn’t say a word to me. I just walked away after standing there waiting to go in a room.

The two blonde workers at the cash register were not pleasant and i was not greeted at the door… the lululemon location at GRAYTON BEACH is the best and is WAY BETTER than the destin location.i don’t seem to understand why workers at some lululemon locations feel the need to give off snarky vibes.

Well, first off, it's Lululemon. What's not to love?
The staff is very professional and kind. My husband had to try on many clothes to get sizing for his job. His employer will be ordering them. He pretty much tried on a ton of clothes, a staff member wrote down all the information for him, and then they put them back without any issues. I could see how it would not be enjoyable since he wasn't actively purchasing from the location, but they were so helpful. We've been two times, and he's tried on another type of pants because he wanted to rule out two other brands he was debating on. They have been so helpful each time—phenomenal staff, knowledgeable, helpful, and patient.

Me and my daughter and her friend went in this store today and we did not have a good experience. The people here were very rude. The employees spoke very little and ran over you when looking around in this store. No manners what so ever. We will not be spending money here at all.

Extremely busy place. When we came in the store, a man gave me the one two look up and down and did not say a word, after greeting everyone. I am a bigger lady, I wasn’t shopping for myself, I know you don’t have my size. Everyone else was super friendly, a salesperson even got me a smaller size I needed from the back. Several people asked me if they could help me find anything. The checker was very friendly asking where we were from etc. My daughter really wanted the hyped leggings and they didn’t disappoint! Buttery soft and fit so well!

Just want to say Frankie was fantastic at helping me pick out some things for my wife for christmas today.she knew exactly what i wanted and put it all together for me.

Not great options. Employees were nice enough. Not sure I get the hype.for some reason my 11 year old gets it.

Really nice store and great product. You well pay the price for there very nice merchandise. Fantastic customer service.
