Stayed here for work 11/22/23
Really nice hotel. I was surprised to see something of this level in Ft. Myers.
Front desk staff were very friendly and informative. Parking valet guys were cool and fast. The lobby bar is an easy place to chill. There's several places across the street as well if you're looking for different vibes.
My room on the 12th floor was nice. Really cool single coffee packs, i wish they sold them but at this time, they don't.
The bed was comfortable and the WC was nice & clean. Overall a nice & fancy but not pretentious room.
Good cable TV and free Wi-Fi.

I went to the Luminary to apply for a position at my co-worker's recommendation. I went there on a Sunday afternoon during boat week. Needless to say it was busy. I spotted Cannalea, the Director of Food and Beverage and she was not annoyed at the fact that I was there during one of the busiest days of the weekend. She warmly greeted me and assisted me after carefully listening to my needs. I appreciate your help Cannalea. Thank you

My stay at the Luminary Hotel was beyond my expectations. That is saying something since I've been at the Marriott Ambassador level for a few years, so I've stay at more than a few hotels along the way. The décor and hotel look and feel are very unique like other Autograph hotels I've visited. Gabriela and Marilyn were absolutely fantastic when I checked in and started the entire trip off on a great note. We also enjoyed several of the on-site eating establishments, as well as Firestone next door during our stay. All were top notch. I would definitely recommend this hotel for anyone looking to stay in the Fort Myers area.

Awesome hotel and service. Beautiful rooms. Good atmosphere in the evening cocktail hours. Roof top bar was AWESOME!

Went there twice do Breakfast which was wonderful and a good price. Outdoor seating was wonderful. Great views

Food was great hotel was nice did not stay in rooms so couldn't comment on that the only thing is just wished looked a little cleaner glass doors with Fingerprints et cetera other than that it was pretty good

Stayed here this pasted weekend for my birthday. Room was well under sold from the pictures. The view was amazing and the suite was HUGE. Riley checked us in on Friday and our room wasn't ready. She immediately gave us (2) drink vouchers. The one bartender Philippe was horrible we went two different days and time and his service sucked. Melissa on the other hand AMAZING. Above and beyond exceptional service. Ppol deck is a must, such a great breeze and be sure to say hi to Jake he makes an excellent daiquiri Highly highly recommend staying at this place. Or at least making it a stop on your list.

Beautiful hotel, upstairs bar usually a good full experience. Entire night ruined by a bartender woman in glasses who is saying “you need help” after watching her googling eye my boyfriend and I say- women should respect others relationship to which the two nighttime bartenders - her and a man, start talking badly about paying customer patrons.

This hotel has got to be one of the best I have stayed in yet! Rooms are so big! Spacious, beautiful view. I simply loved it!

The public parking is awful, very few signs to help find the elevators. Hallways and doors are confusing and virtually unmarked. Do not use this for public parking unless you’ve been there before or like the challenge to find the exits, entrances and elevator lobbies. -5 stars is all they deserve. A frustrating end to a beautiful night out.

Rooftop Bar was an awesome experience. Lucy provided an amazing service. My wife and I will definitely come again!

I've stayed at this hotel 4 times now & have been happy with it every time. Excellent customer service. Clean rooms. Delicious drink menus & food at their various locations on site. Coffee shop in the lobby. Gorgeous views! Walking distance to shops, restaurants, and bars.

Charlene Nerzig a Manager of Group Sales, really went above and beyond form my family and I. We were in the midst of planning a large family and business trip, she truly bent over backwards for us and it made a difference and saved us a ton of time. We have stayed have stayed here several times and this is an amazing hotel! Thank You Charlene!

Went for a work conference this week and the staff was amazing, the room was great, the view was spectacular and it has a roof bar. The location is cute, there's places to eat walking distance and even some nightlife. I experienced 2 little issues; out of three elevators only one was operating. For a 12-floor hotel and three groups in-house you can imagine the long wait. The two elevators were fixed the third day I was there since 14 guests got stucked in it the second day of conference so they address it quickly at least. Also the next door parking had A LOT of water puddles. I was told that it is managed by the city but they should address that inconvenience because you park and the car is surrounded by water so it is very inconvenient when you get off the car plus it affects the reviews & makes the hotel look bad.
