Lummus Park, Miami Beach FL

Lummus Park has had a facelift since our last visit, which has clearly done it some good. Unfortunately the toilets behind the Art Deco Welcome Center were closed today. The portable toilets installed as replacements are not even close to being a full replacement. Overall, a park with this atmosphere that can only be found in Miami Beach.

Wonderful place to visit and hang out. Situated between the local businesses and the beach. A strong park ranger and police presence makes one feel very safe there

It is a good place and the workers are very friendly and helpful, I had the pleasure of meeting one named Juan on the beach 10, a very friendly person

What is admirable is the culture in the States, education and respect for everyone, this seaside park in Sound Beach is excellent.

We took a walk along Miami Bay seeing the famous houses.then a beautiful view of Miami at night.

Beautiful beach. The water is clean and has the perfect temperature, not too cold, not too hot. The beach isn't over crowded which is wonderful. Having a great vacation!

Nice, but it's a normal car park with some equipment for those who want to train.
If you happen to be on Ocean Drive and see it, that's fine, but going there specifically to see it seems excessive to me.

Looks very well kept for ppl to utilize while on the beach. It does get full, not sure whats the best time to show up. Overrall great idea to have this FREE GYM on the beach!

Amazing place to visit, organized, clean and one of the best vibes you can feel. Just by walking to it, the closer you get the more you connect with the feeling of calmness, the sand is almost white and the water is a crystal clear green. When you enter into the water it is warm and relaxing the waves do a harmonious dance for you and the most you hear is the bird and all the peoples laughter. It has sprayers to take the sand off your feet and their restrooms are kept clean and accessible. There is a variety of kiosks that offer drinks and food for you to enjoy with your family and friends. And one of the most important things is the feeling of SAFETY, being that there's plenty of patrolling from the Miami Police, beach security and Coast guards.
