Lupita's Mexican Fast Food Express reviews
13The owner of the store is such a vibe. The food is great and the people who work in the store part of the store are also amazing
If you haven't tried it. YOU MUST! THE BEST in Town HANDS DOWN! It's in a gas station so there is no "atmosphere" but THE SERVICE is FAST and FRIENDLY! The food is GRRRREEAAATT! ️ You'll THANK me!
I went in to the Gas station and was suprised t see a counter, my fiance went to get some food while I paid for gas with our trip. We got our food for our 11 hour drive back to STL. Slowly eating and driving around the 45 minute mark I wanted to drive back to get more. I was craving, everything was packed with flavor, and the rice was to die for. I do not live in Pensacola, I am really mourning the fact I do not. Even more now. We opened our togo boxes and was hit by a smell that brought back the primal urges of scarfing food. It was hard to just sit back and savor it at all. Everything tasted amazing.
Amazing! We have been in Mobile area for 2 years and this is the best Mexican food we have found! My husband was so happy to find somewhere authentically Mexican and it has a California flavor as well which is the Mexican food he was accustomed to. Definitely recommend! Wish I could give 10 stars!
Courteous staff, get your food out fast and the rice and beans and street tacos are awesome.
I had a 50/50 experience. Went for the 1st time and got ribeye steak burrito and birria quesadilla. The birria quesadilla was AMAZING! But the ribeye burrito had.less meat than I've seen on most tacos. Like I've had burritos with less than typical meat quantity but this was on another level. May as well have just eaten a rice and bean burrito. So that was very disappointing. But I will say with how yummy the quesadilla was I will definitely give another chance! IF I get another burrito and it doesn't have same issue I will update my review.
The food is ok but when you tell them no cilantro 2 times and when she goes to bag up the boxes she tells the cook in Spanish he put cilantro and he says i will take it off, like i cant understand spanish. I watched him pick off as much as he could with his hands and it still had cilantro all over it. They should have made a new order. The birria tacos are really soggy. I wont be back, Bad business.
Being from San Antonio, and new to Pensacola it’s been very hard to find some good Mexican food! But this place…. It’s amazing! I’ve had the street tacos deluxe and the tamales and OMGGGGGG! Must try! I’ll be back for sure
It was amazing. Sometimes when you go in a gas station you find food that tastes awesome. This is that place.
Good food. It is always busy and there are just two people in the kitchen so it is going to take time.
If you want your order to be absolutely incorrect every single time, then this is the place for you. The same lady every single time will repeat my order back to me & still mess it up & give me something completely different than what I asked for. They just do not even care about anyones order or the fact that I spent 8$ on shredded cheese between a tortilla when I paid for a chicken & cheese quesadilla with queso on top. I got plain shredded cheese that was hardly melted on a tortilla.
My wife and I are new to the area and Lupita's happened to be nearby where we're staying and it had great reviews. Wife picked up street tacos for lunch; she got shrimp, steak, pulled pork and barbacoa so we could sample what they offered.
And OH MY GOSH, how glad we are that we tried them out. Their street tacos are delicious! The spices were spot on, the veggies were fresh and the meat grilled to perfection.
We'll be back for sure and we're bringing friends next time!
