I’m a full time mom trying to take care of my self a little with these amazing and healthy products. I went to this store in the middle of the week and I had the best of the attention and service by Janeè Stacey who was on shift there with also amazing Adreanne. Sincerely, her kindness and interest in helping me was very unique and made me feel she really care in helping. She was very resourceful with what I needed, patient and graceful with my baby. In a world of stress, rush and uncertainty we truly need more Janeès:) If you ever read this, please know that all Love and Kindness you are giving to people will return to you in multiple blessings, TY

Had the most amazing experience at the Lush in Aventura. Cora and Kiki were so accommodating and helpful throughout our entire time in the store.

Just wanna shout out Janae for helping my boyfriend and I during our visit to lush. We ended up returning the next day to make some more purchases. It’s really nice to get helped by someone so friendly but genuine and not overbearing.

Would you believe that it’s possible to feel healed during a quick stop at the mall for cruelty-free eye cream? Because that’s what happened to me today when I stopped by Lush.

Adreanne M.and Janee S.didn’t know that I was on my way to a doctor’s appointment I had been dreading (which I drove across the state for), and their energy raised my weary vibration. These beautiful souls were generous with their attention and positive vibes. There was a sincerity in their presence which felt special.

I was encouraged to interact with the fresh and high quality products, yet I was not up-sold anything, which I appreciated. Their knowledge about the products is helpful, since there are a lot of options to choose from!

I turned around as I left the store and I witnessed the two of them hugging. The whole experience brought tears to my eyes. It was a refreshing experience while shopping that I won’t soon forget!

A young lady name Cora needs to be recognized for her professional skills in the store. I returned just because she gave me good advices about few products. Thank you Cora for your kindness, great advice and the best customer service.

The girls here are very personable, and they are the reason why for five years I continue to shop with them for my skin care products

I’ve been to a lot of LUSH stores in both UK & US and they’re all reasonably personable but I wanna give some extra love to this store specifically. I’m always greeted when I enter the store and offered assistance, all the staff are very outgoing & kind. Last time I went in Janee was EXTRA kind on my visit, I was lucky enough to receive a bubble bar as a “pay it forward”. I had never had this happen and just made the experience even more delightful.

Janee was literally such a good sales rep and store manager. She was so sweet and gave such a fulfilling and enlightening conversation. She even gave my friend and I complimentary samples of the product we were inquiring about. It literally felt like we’ve been friends forever! Make sure to ask for her next time you go to Lush. She has extensive knowledge on the products and patiently explained the benefits of all of them. Loved shopping there just because of her!

I had such an amazing experience! Cora was so lovely and was such a HUGE help with finding presents for the holidays! Cora helped us pick out lotions and bath bombs and some of the pre wrapped present boxes and was so knowledgeable about the various products! Definitely will have to stop by again!

I had a positive experience at the Lush in Aventura Mall. The manager has helped me the past 2 times and I have walked away happy each time. She has excellent customer service skills. I will continue to fight traffic to shop at the Lush in Aventura Mall.

Hanna was very informative, helpful, and sweet…I love that she what knowledgeable about the active ingredients in each soap and the benefits…my sensitive skin is calm!

I’ve been waiting to make this review for a bit, but this time I feel it needs to be done. I’ve been coming here ever since the Lincoln rode location closed, I spend hundreds of dollars here a month on my monthly products and not once have I been offered a sample and majority of the time staff seems uninterested besides one sweet guy who I’ve been helped by twice recently, who I will be getting the name of next visit because he’s an angel. I happened to order online and see a next day delivery option, which offered delivery from this locations store. The big shampoo is borderline half full, I understand if you’re out of stock with a product but I’d rather be refunded and not receive it than pay for it and get a product that seems used or was not checked before placing into an online order. Not to mention you can see the line where it was originally full.
