Lush Nail Spa FL

I tried this nail salon for the first time yesterday. I’ve never had a truly awful experience at a nail salon until now. I got a pedicure and dip nail. Everything was going fine until the pedicure got to the callous removal. My nail tech literally took off a chunk of my skin from both big toes with the stone. I’ve had many pedicures from other places, and this has never happened before. Im about to go on vacation, and now I have both toes wrapped in bandaids hoping they don’t get infected. The dip nail manicure was fine, but I won’t be returning. Oh, and I still paid full price for for the pedicure…

I’ve been here a few times now for my acrylics, and I’ve had a different tech each time. Every one of them has been fantastic. I wish I’d known about this place sooner!

Nina did my nails. She couldn't be nicer. I was concerned because I have had my nails done forever and she didn't leave each hand under the light for more than 30 second before she was putting on another layer of polish. Sure enough, the next day they started lifting. I sent pictures and they couldn't be nicer and asked me to come back on. The owner immediately said that they didn't feel enough and would fix them. He told me he opened the salon a few years back with no experience in nails and that's obvious. Today is day 3 of my $50 gel manicure. Yesterday I sent him pictures. He said that feel is thin and if you bump a nail, you should expect it to chip. I literally hadn't done much of anything the last two days so this should not have happened. Check out the pictures. In the 30 years I've gotten feel, I have never not had a manicure look anything but perfect for at least 2 weeks. They must use cheap product. Not only that but my friend got a regular polish and they used gel polish by accident and the next day hers was all peeled up. She went to get it fixed and the owner did the same thing! Gel polish, no light. How many times do you want to go in for a fix for your $50 manicure!? Never again!

Horrible experiences here. The first time I came instead of soaking off the dip powder, they drilled it off which was super painful as the drill got hotter and my mail got thinner. I tried going today for just a pedicure and made an appointment, I waited 30 minutes and no one offered me a drink or even acknowledged that I was there so I left after waiting so long seeing as there was no one to help me. Would not recommend at all.

Nothing lush about it. Soaked my fingers in cold water. I expect to get my cuticles cleaned up but that wasn't done. No and lotion?

I’ve been coming to this nail salon for several months now and Bryan is my go to person. He never disappoints. I tell him more or less what I’m looking for and he goes above my expectations. My nails before were always falling apart and could never get them at a length I liked but Bryan has made it to where my nails grow beautifully now.

I did an ombré nail with a leaf design. My nail tech was super nice and sweet but his coworker made me feel as if she was talking about me or insulting me I felt uncomfortable. But the nail tech that I had did a great job I was very happy

Kim is wonderful! I brought my mom in and we both had an amazing service. The salon is so clean and relaxing. They always take their time and do a perfect job on my nails. I plan to be back soon.

This is now my place to go. The lady who did my pedicure today she is SUPER friendly and kind and took her time with my nails. Loveee it!

I love this lovely Spa right by our apartment. It's unassuming from the outside but it's so beautiful inside. I randomly chose Bebe for my first pedicure and keep going back. She is an absolute delight and gives an amazing pedicure. I usually do the orange with paraffin (and yes. EVERY person gets offered a glass of lovely bubbly) that includes leg massage, reflexology and a backrub. YES! Backrub! Always a lovely experience, clean as a whistle, and I also get my eyebrows done at each visit. Could not recommend more highly - I always give Lush gift certificates as birthday presents and every single person who has come has loved their experiences as well.

Never had a manicure or pedicure before. Why don't more men do this? This was an amazing experience. Free drink and amazing treatment. Massage chair, foot and hand massage, moisturizing treatment, and more. I was I'm heaven. All the staff are amazingly kind and great to talk to. I recommend everyone come here, even other men. However ladies, my wife did not enjoy her acrylics. We don't know if it was the one lady or everyone there but the process was done wrong and the outcome looked amateur. Cracks in the acrylics and fraying and poorly made structure.

Niki and the owner Joy are amazing! I recently got a fill and when it wasn't exactly what I wanted, I came back and had the absolute pleasure of being taken care of by Niki. Niki pays so much attention to detail, suggests what she thinks you would like, is so personable, and does an EXCELLENT job. Half of the things she did I don't think I've ever had done for an acrylic fill at a nail salon! She cleaned my cuticles, gave me a protein bond, shaped my nails exactly how I wanted them, and was so willing to take feedback. Joy also came up to me and sincerely apologized for the service I got before this. She was so kind, caring, and willing to listen. This is exactly what I like to see from an owner! I will absolutely continue going to Lush Nail Spa because their service is amazing! Thank you so much, I love my nails! <3

Been coming here for 2 years, today will definitely be my last. Bryan repeatedly burned my fingers while doing my fill and then had the audacity to charge $55. $55 for an acrylic FILL with SOLID COLOR is unheard of. His reasoning was that I had 2 accent nails (also solid color). Makes no sense I might as well had gotten a new set.

The salon is very nice and a comfortable atmosphere. The pedicure chairs are a little close together making it feel like you’re sitting on top of the person beside you. The basic pedicure seemed a little rushed, that said, it was a good value for the quality end result of the pedicure. Several menu options and very friendly staff.

Perfect place to get acrylics and pedicure. They took me last minute and did the best job ever for an affordable price

Very nice salon. Wen and Min were awesome. My fingers and toes look so pristine. Very relaxing.

Love love love! I went to Jade and got french dipping with gems and pearls with an almond shape and they turned out perfect! Can’t wait to come back!
