I've been using this husband and wife team for 2 years. I am happy with the service, my appointment time, Healthy Nail dip and pedicures.
On the rare occasion that I've chipped a nail, they are fast to fix it.

Family owned business. Mimi does an excellent pedicure, but customer service is horrible. Walter changes the time of the appointments without previous notice. Price is inconsistent. Walter is not good at doing nails. He does very thick dip nail manicure HORRIBLE, and pedicure is average. He got upset because I refused to have my pedicure done by him. Customers aren’t allow to choose who they want to have service with. The only positive part about this place is Mimi’s attitude and pedicure, but Walter isn’t a very coherent person. Too much drama just to do my nails.

I started using Mimi and Walter about 12 years ago. In between I have had no choice but to go elsewhere due to work schedule. I always end up disappointed. I selected Luxe Nails for my co- worker who wanted her nails done for a wedding. I thought that Luxe Nails was where my daughter was going to on her lunch break since Luxe Nails was located close to her work place I gave the info to my co- worker. She went and told me how 1. Friendly the husband and wife team are and their hospitality was immaculate. She got healthy nails and a beautiful pedicure. I was sold went there myself and he main thing that stood out for me personally it did not smell. I was told by a nail salon owner if you walk in and are consumed with the fumes the place is not clean. Luxe Nails is clean, I used the bathroom it’s nice and spotless. The service is great and the atmosphere is friendly they really make you feel welcome. I got a full pedicure, feet and leg massage and a manicure. Mimi was pleasant the entire time and I have to say I am well pleased and will return.

I love this little nail salon. The owners are fantastic and super sweet. I’m able to get an appointment just about every time I need within my timeframe. They are funny and I always leave smiling. They’re affordable and I highly recommend them! It’s a little Family salon!

I walked in for an appointment at 9: 30am and was told they would not see me because I didn’t have an appointment, nowhere in this profile does it say anything about making an appointment. The website on this profile is for an entirely different company. How do you make an appointment? Calling? Who does that? It’s 2023!

My wife was there. She was really nervous because her nails grow in-grown which is really painful.
