I was in the process of selling a condo but had no idea where to even start. Out of the blue, Melissa Conception reached out to me (as others have recently done) and something about her made me feel that she could be trusted and I followed my instinct and contacted her. It was the best decision I could have made, she visited the property immediately, took care of every single detail, guided me through the whole process, provided answers to all my questions and more. Within a day or two she found me a buyer and we closed within a month (only due to condo delays not anyone else's) and it was simple as that. She met with my spouse and I several times to go over our plans, thoughts and feelings re: our decision to sell. She offered helpful guidance, was patient and available for questions and then set up a proposal for us to work with her via LUXE Properties. We signed the contract and within a very short period of time she coordinated the marketing of the home, held one open house and sold our home. She managed the entire process of working with the buyer's realtor and was with us until the very end when we transitioned our home to the new owners. Mari is a class act. She has years of real estate experience, but beyond her expertise she is a high quality person who is a pleasure to work with. LUXE, while silent in the background, provided the platform with which to support the sale and we were very pleased with the entire process and outcome.

The best real estate company I have ever dealt with. Very professional, experienced and helpful agents. Wow! Made buying a property such a breeze! Me and my sisters was new to homebuying, and I have heard horror stories and experience the difficulty of founding th right agents. They had one agent (Babette P.) was professional and personal! She never made me us uncomfortable and helped me every step of the way!

My sisters and I started our journey on investing in a property. Our real estate agent Babette Perez was amazing the whole way. She was extremely professional and very knowledgeable. While the market was getting tight on condo property, she was on top of showing us property the moment they were listed. Mind you, I was pregnant during our search. By the grace of Babette, we were able to find our perfect property and we went under contract the day I gave birth. During the closing process, Babette was on top of everything and made it easy. I highly recommend her as a real estate agent.

She was very polite and Professional and about her business at all times. It took us like 2 months to find something but it wasn't on her end she was on point with everything. Vanessa even called me when she didn't hear from me to let me know she still working to try to find me something that I like not for me to settle. Most realtors probably wouldn't cared just to get paid but not her. If she didn't feel like it was up to part or my face expression on to the next house. I will recommend Vanessa Gonzalez to my friends and family members which I have already. If I ever need a realtor in the future she will be the person.
