The Perfect Thanksgiving…
This was the first time my family decided to spend Thanksgiving away from home. It was the best decision we made. This company and condo was the absolute best! It had everything we needed to make our vacation perfect! This condo is absolutely beautiful. What you see in the photos is exactly what you get! Also, they provided a number to text if we needed anything and that made life even less stressful! Thank you Luxury Coastal Vacation for making our Thanksgiving AWESOME! We can’t wait come back…. We arrived in town for our Thanksgiving holiday at this property we had booked on 10/9, only to find out that they had double booked the property. They had no other properties to offer that would fit our family from other parts of the US. Airbnb offered us a $200 coupon for our trouble. Luxury Vacation rentals offered us no compensation except to stay in 2 run down units with shopping carts for the same amount of money as we were paying at this property. They blamed Airbnb, even though luxury sent Airbnb a sync error message 11/12 about the issue but never notified me. Management was MIA during the whole fiasco, until the next day when I brought it to the clerks attention. Then management only dealt with the clerks never with us. We found comparable units thru other rental agencies, but luxury coastal vacations refused to compensate us for any of the difference. They said we were on our own. We have yet to hear from management about this ordeal. I do not recommend ever renting through luxury coastal vacations in Perdido key. They are awful to deal with. Their response is inaccurate. We were in their parking lot on the phone with their clerk to check in when we were notified of the issue. They never once notified us and 3 days later, no one from management has contacted us. This is a horrible company. Airbnb sent them our booking 10/9 why didn’t they notify them it was booked? Instead they took our money, let us drive into town only to find out someone else was in our unit. We continually got vacation updates that our reservation was coming up.

Condo was spacious and clean. In a good location. Great views from master and balcony. Furniture could use updating but very nice place! We will be back!

The unit was superb- decorator lovely! We were there as a married couple for a month and the unit was expansive with an extra nook with tv for separation time, if needed. Well maintained and maintenance people were immediately responsive when we had a minor issue. The pool service was on property early every morning ensuring the health and safety of the guests and residents. Secure and safe environment. We didn’t want to leave!

Awesome stay with luxury coastal. This is our third or fourth stay in their properties during covid and our experience has been great. Response time on issues has been prompt and resolved quickly. Properties are lovely.

We really enjoyed our stay at Sea Spray. LCV made check in and out very easy. We wouldn't hesitate to book through LCV in the future.

Bait and switch it happened to us. We have been coming to the gulf for the last four years. Our experience. We looked at a few condos through luxury coastal for jan-1 thru march-1 2020. They gave me an email quote for Turquoise 702, and I also looked at Capri 302 and got an out the door price from a different employee. When we went in to sign up they gave us a different price, higher of course. Even though it was only a couple of hundred dollars difference, they would not honor the quotes the two different employees gave us. Needless to say for a couple of hundred dollars difference they have lost our business and any one we can warn about luxury coastal's practices.

Please note that after 3 weeks I finally found another condo, with a much better company that actually cares about their customers. So I decided to write e review about my experience, and not more then 30 min after I posted it, what do you know they called me, after not saying a word for 3 weeks, and said ok we will give it to you for the price we quoted. That is the way it went down not like what they wrote, don't believe a word they say.

We stayed at Indigo East 705 and it was top notch. Beautiful condo and balcony. Loved the pool area and beach. Property management was very friendly and helpful.

Incredible stay at LA Playa Condos @ Perdido Key Florida thru Luxury Costal vacations. Very responsive team. Usually answer phone in one or two rings!

We had a great, relaxing week at Seachase unit 105W. Very close to the far pool and hot tub almost making it feel like it’s your very own. Luxury coastal vacations stayed in touch letting us know they were there if we needed anything! This unit’s location worked out great for us and we will definitely be going back. Thanks again!

Condo we rented was not cleaned very well. Call LCV and inspector showed up with no cleaning supplies and made a weak attempt at wiping down dinning table. Pathetic.

Our stay at Charter Landing A7 was PERFECT! Location location location! Spacious, updated and clean!

Windemere 708 was spacious, well stocked kitchen, comfortable, clean and beautifully decorated. Luxury coastal vacations kept us informed and were quick to respond. We were very pleased with our vacation home!

We stayed at SeaSpray East323. LOVED the condo. Living area was very roomy and master bedroom/bath was huge. Will definitely put this on my favorites list. And I love renting through Luxury Coastal Vacations. Easy and seamless. They send reminders for everything and are some of the most pleasant people I’ve ever dealt with

We stayed in Tower 16A and loved every single thing! The condo was immaculate and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The managers were helpful and responsive with all questions. We will definitely use Luxury Coastal Vacations again in the future.

Spanish Key is an Excellent condo. Personnel were friendly and great! We had a wonderful time and will be back.
