They are very accommodating at Luxy Nails. They have people specifically to handle the phone and scheduling appointments.nni had one of the best pedicures I have ever had with Mikaela. She was so sweet. And gave a great foot rub. I highly rate Luxy Nail. But you are better off making an appointment then just walking in.

First time at Luxy yesterday. I walked in and waited less than 10 minutes. Tim did the best pink/white I’ve ever had (I love the cute red heart with the heartbeat design for Valentine’s Day). It was such a nice experience! I will definitely be back. Thank you Tim & everyone at Luxy!

My first time here, & I must say I loved my tech Kim she was very nice, did an awesome job on my pedicure she shaped my toe nails just how I wanted them. My whole experience was relaxing. I will be returning:) oh & the wine that was provided was a plus!

Love it! Trang was AMAZING, she took the time to make sure my nails were perfect and was able to duplicate the artwork I requested. Spa it's beautiful and the staff is GREAT!

This is definitely my new nail spot. Trang took wonderful care of me getting my nails done and even put some super cute little hearts on my nails. Jennifer then stepped in for my pedicure. Took extra care with some concerns I had. Couldn't have asked for more.

Trang is the best in Brevard! She can paint any design you see on Pinterest and it will turn out even better. She’s a true artist Plus she’s so fun to chat with we always have a blast

The staff here always know how to take good care of customers, they are highly skilled and very careful during the nail process. I am very satisfied with their workmanship.

I wish I could give a 3.5 stars, the nails are beautiful but I booked online thinking I’d only pay about 35 for a fill in and design and I needed up paying almost 70, I feel like I paid for a whole set of nails instead of a fill in which is disappointing

Terry did my christmas nails and I absolutely loved them! He’s amazing definetely ask for him when you go!

Edit: Changed from 4 to 3 stars, it’s been 2 days since getting our nails done and my mom is starting to get an infection from where the nail tech nicked her skin

My mom and I weren’t too happy w/ the outcome of our manis (pedis were great!), but appreciate their customer service skills.

My mom got acrylic w/ gel which came out thick but she decided not to get it redone. However, her main concern is that she was uncomfortable throughout the mani due to being nicked a few times which led to bleeding.

I requested dip nails and got gel on top of dip which was too thick for my taste. I picked a light pink for my mani/pedi, and during my mani I noticed that the dip was clear. Later the technician explained that he was putting the gel so it matched my toes. He did not say that the reason was because they were out of that specific shade in dip (I found this out when another tech fixed my nails). I wish he had offered the choice of doing the gel or choosing a different shade in dip. At the end, I asked if there was a way to fix the thickness but was told that it would mess up the gel. I understand that the thickness was due to the specific color needing several layers to avoid streaks (and possibly the layer of dip underneath), not the techs application (overall I was happy w/ his work). He finished and left to work on someone else so I asked my mom’s tech if it was possible to remove the gel and do a different color that wouldn’t need so many layers. She said we would have to start completely over. We paid and tipped, but after leaving I still couldn’t get over how thick the polish was. We came back and they were very understanding and stated that their main concern was me being happy. They fixed my nails for no additional cost. The person who redid my nails was able to remove the gel and help me find a dip color that was close to my original. He did well in explaining my options and answering all my questions

I’ve been to several nail salons in Brevard and Luxy Nails by far is the very best! Trang does an exceptional job every single time, I’ve never left unhappy. My nails last a long time and never chip or break. They are accommodating and offer a wide variety of options as well. Love this place!

Terry did an awesome job with my Christmas nails! He did it so quick and beautifully! The place was very clean and everyone was nice! I have gone so many times and that will not be my last time!

My nails were done a few times there just had full set done 3 weeks ago so far 2 nails popped off no reason not very happy

I come here every two weeks to see Nya, the service is always wonderful and he is very sweet. Nya is creative and always sharing new ideas! I always leave with fabulous nails! Brittany is also extremely helpful and knowledgeable about all things nails, along with the other receptionists!

This is the place! Nya ALWAYS does a great job with my nails. He has a vast ability to do any nail design and is very knowledgeable with current trends. My nails come out neat and pretty and last a long time. Appointment times are honored and they are always on time. The atmosphere is calm, clean and efficient and everyone is polite. Thank you!
