16Lyft is the way to go in Orlando! Reliable, friendly drivers, reasonably priced, and clean cars! Where I needed to go promptly and great experience.
The wait was minimal but the customer service was non-existent. You can tell why they don't answer phones or interact much with the public.

The button to take a picture of you with a face mask does not work. Please make it better and then you'll get a higher star rating for me. And the driver gets stopped and took off.
Do not believe any promotional offers from Lyft. On Novemer 1,2021, I received an email offer from Lyft for 75% off my first ride. Great! I figure. I was going to use Uber but had never tried Lyft so here goes.
I book the trip and take the ride but no discount. Why? Here’s the reply to my email:
Hello, Thank you for contacting Lyft support. Hope you are doing great. I'm able to understand that you have a concern regarding the credit. I would be glad t help you on this. Your discount of 75% off wasn't applied to your ride with N.because it expired on Nov 03,2021 11: 59: 00 pm in HVN

Anyway, 16 emails later and I’m still getting the same. No discount and I certainly will never use Lyft again. Now on to the BBB.

My friend called live twice. The first one didn't arrive without any notification whatsoever. The second failed to arrive despite my repeating my address very slowly five times a row. Now Lyft says they're going to charge us $5 for the time of the incompetent drivers who failed to assist us. Lyft is rotten. Never use them.
Upon meeting Lyft employees I became more confident to drive for Lyft. I still feel they should go up on their base rate due to increase on gas and other necessity to keep driving. We are struggling out here. I hope they make us drivers more proud to drive for their service as independent contractors.
Some drivers are unprofessional and liars, two drivers canceled my ride today. I think they had some difficulties with my location. I never saw them and they canceled while I was waiting for them then they said they canceled before I didn’t wear a mask. I think it’s easier for them to pick up any reason on the app but it’s not fair.
Super easy and quick. Got a new Lyft amp for free. Reviewed my account and you can even get your car sanitized and have them install your partition if you bought that thing. The staff was friendly the area was tidy and if I had a reason to I wouldn’t mind going back.
Scheduled a lyft the night before over 14 hours in advance. The driver never showed and never notified me, I finally canceled and got an uber who showed within a minute. Don't waste your time with this company.
Drivers dobt speak good english, had one driver not pick me up and charged me a no charge fee. I'm not aganist anyone trying to make a living, but on this particular job when you are dealing with the public, at least be able to communicate.
Company made me 30 minutes late for work requested my ride 3 hrs in advance and all I requested was a refund. I’ve used this service so many times it was the least they could have done. Poor customer service.
At around 9: 45-10 pm at Disney world at epcot, lyft drivers were picking up there passengers in the wrong area and picking them up in the handicap parking lot where that is not allowed and them and the passengers were being extremely rude and disrespectful towards the handicap people, that is really ridiculous and the drivers need to get fired for disrespecting us and other people, that is absolutely ridiculous
Wid was amazing! We had a very difficult time at the airport and was upset. Wid was so calm and truly wanted to help. He calmed me down and turned my whole experience into a positive one. He really made my day.
