Lyracore Health Alliance reviews
12Both Dr. Ryan Floyd and Dr. Alexandre Furman are excellent pulmonologists! Dr. Floyd was my doctor while I was in the hospital, and I was so impressed by how frankly, yet compassionately, he communicated with me. Because of that experience, I decided to switch from my old pulmonologist to his office, which is when Dr. Furman became my doctor. Dr. Furman is very attentive, communicative, and compassionate as well. It is so refreshing to meet doctors who actually listen and pay attention! Additionally, their staff is helpful and kind and I feel respected and appreciated.
Dr. Alexandre Furman is an excellent clinician & compassionate Pulmonologist! He became my doctor 1.5 years ago when I had pneumonia & was admitted to Tampa General Hospital. His office staff is very helpful and supportive and I am very grateful and pleased with him and Lyracore Health Alliance! I highly recommend his services.
Dr. Furman and the whole staff are wonderful. Professional but friendly, they listen to you and do not try and rush you out the door. I highly recommend them.
Efficient and thorough. The onboarding as new patient wasn't the best experience, but everything afterwards has been excellent. I explained my reasons and objectives for coming, and Dr Furman and staff responded with solid answers, and a detailed follow up plan. All meeting after were similar in experience.
Absolutely the best. Complete follow through care for the patient. Truly caring and knowledgeable.
Very dissapointed in the changes in either their office staff or their communication protocal. The office staff used to be easy to communicate with, resonsive, attentive, etc. Something has changed. You can no longer reach a live person, unless you are a new patient (of course).
I tested positive for COVID and am a high risk patient due to respiratory issues it took me over 30+ hours, numerous calls with no response to get a prescription filled. When they did fill the prescription there was an error.the pharmacist tried numerous times and could not get a response. I called, my husband called trying to get a sense of urgency around getting this rectified. It was until I left a messaging threatening to file a complaint that my prescription was filled. Not sure if they are short staffed, if there are not enough nurses to support the doc on prescriptions/questions or a new phone system.
I will be finding a new doc/practice today. Totally NOT cool to be so lax in a response for what is a time sensitive medication for COVID.
I have been seeing Dr. Furman for almost a year now and can say unequivocally he is a great doctor. I never feel rushed, He listens to your concerns & offers positive suggestions & directives to try. His staff gives you great care & I dont believe I have ever waited more than a few minutes past my scheduled appointment time which seems to be a rarity these days. I have every confidence in Dr. Furman & his staff that I am getting quality care.
The Dr and Staff are very helpful, informative, and understanding. I feel like I’m in good hands. I know if I get sick I can count on them to take good care of me and get me well again. Thank you
Located in Aubudon Medical Center, parking easy. Was seen within 15 minutes of arriving both outpatient visits. Dr. Furman had good bedside manner, explained the what to expect with imaging and possible outcomes either way. He followed me inpatient as well and never had any question left unanswered. Medical assistants were nice and efficient. Thank you!
I would like to know why Dr Furman denied my Mom oxygen. Due to this denial, she died. I left a message for him to call me and he has not responded. He had said there was a problem with her tests and he wanted to run more tests! Her breathing numbers were below 89. Mom's primary care physician was surprised that he refused my mother oxygen. Her death certificate notes she died due to respiratory failure. Would the oxygen help my Mom? We will never know!
I have been a patient of Dr. Furman for several months now and my breathing is almost back to normal under his care. Excellent doctor and excellent staff!
Dr. Furman and his entire practice is the very best that you could ever find. I would never change a thing about how I am treated as a patient, when it comes to Dr. Furman and his staff. My care is exceptional and unlike some doctors, Dr. Furman actually gives his patients a smile! He listens to my concerns and errs on the side of caution when it comes to my health. What more could I ask for?
