MAA Baldwin Park, Orlando FL

The apartment it self is fine but for some reason the don’t clean the halls nor the buildings. Kind of crazy for it to be Baldwin.

I have been living in MAA Baldwin Park community since August 2022. From the moment I toured it I knew this was the place where I wanted to live. Everything you need is within walking distance and life next to Lake Baldwin and Lake Susannah is uplifting. On top of it all, the staff is amazing: not only the staff on the office but the ones that take care of maintenance issues. They are quick, thorough, and always smiling.

My experience is mixed. I love the location, premises, and nice leasing office staff. I rented an apartment remotely and the leasing office was helpful in making my decision, they showed the apartment and property virtually. The leasing process was well organized. My neighbors are nice people. It is a quiet place, a pet-friendly community. Trash pick up as scheduled and the property is clean except for the hallways. Some residents don't clean near their entrance door if their garbage bag leaks or trash outside of their door. That is disappointing. I complained to the office but it took several weeks for them to clean it up and even not well enough. There is still residue on the floor, unsanitary. I didn't have good experience with property maintenance either when I moved in. I hope the property management will address these problems in the near future. Common areas need to be cleaned often as food residue attracts animals and pests. One evening coming back from a walk with my dog I saw a big rat running along the hallway on the second floor though I understand we live close to the lake and natural habitat.  Therefore, the main areas need to be super clean.

Convenient location to shops and lake.
My gym and pool key does not function correctly.
All in all two thumbs up.

Kudos to Mr Glenn in the maintenance department as well as to Mr Charles, the maintenance supervisor!

The area is great and the people in the office are sweet but for it to be in Baldwin they could pressure wash the buildings and walk ways. The rust in the stairways could use a little touch up also. You are better off looking somewhere else because who want to invite friends over when the walk ways are dirty.

Upon an agreed upon move out due to illness. It seems that years later this property has decided that I should pay them even more money than they agreed upon. CORP GREED. They are the reason that this veteran is now unable to find a decent home to live in and may end up without one.

My move came during a difficult time. Lucky for me I came into contact with Hayli and she made my transition happen for me. The location could not be better for those looking for an active lifestyle. I picked this property due to location so I can walk to almost everything, Publix, CVS, plenty of restaurants and other activities. My apartment was clean and ready. Community is very dog friendly.

Charles and Wendy are always kind and professional. They always seek out the best solution to effectively resolve the situation. Charles went out of his way to solve/fix my refrigerator situation and AC! Wendy did a fabulous job fixing my dryer vent, sink disposal, and installing our fans. Thank you both so much! Always a fantastic job!

Wendy B was very efficient and is very personable. Thank you for helping us with our Maintenance. Everyone is always very friendly including the front office. Thank you!

I have lived in MAA Baldwin for 2 years. An exceptional experience. Sarah in the front office and Wendy on the maintainence team I have worked with closely and every time they are beyond stellar. I highly recommend them and am grateful for their service.

Omg! Natahlia was AMAZING! She was super helpful in helping me find exactly what I wanted. Being new to the area she mentioned that she was a foodie and gave me all the cool places to eat in Orlando (I still haven’t tried them all). Definitely a pleasure to work with and thank you for making my transition easy.

Absolutely blown away by the impeccable customer service given to me by Natahlia Stuart! She was extremely helpful in my house hunting! I felt welcomed, excited and secure! Her energy is contagious and she was astounding every step of the way!

The location is amazing, the apartment is spacious and well maintained; and the staff is very helpful, specially Natahlia Stuart, who has been extremely kind and professional and has provided all the assistance needed.

Wendy does a fantastic job of responding quickly and efficiently to our maintenance requests. From A/C to windows to kitchen repairs he has fixed everything within a day of submitting a request and always with a great professionalism! The maintenance team is what makes this apartment shine.

I hope the investment company that owns these apartments makes upgrades to the kitchen and bath to match the outstanding quality of their maintenance team.

I wanted to share my experience with a maintenance team member, Wendy. What an exceptional human! I’ve been struggling to get the correct lighting in my unit for a couple of days and I was told the bulbs I needed no longer were available. He was kind and courteous and said he would find them, order them and come back next week. 20 minutes later he is back at my door with the correct bulbs that he hunted down. I’m so happy! It truly is the little things that mean so much and I appreciate greatly his customer service and attention. He is so pleasant and so helpful! His customer service is 5 stars!

The gym is always clean and in perfect conditions when Nilda is in charge. Hats off to Nilda for her hard work.

The maintenance manager Charles is the best. He is super knowledgeable, listens, communicates and gets things done! Give this man a raise, he deserves it.

Kudos to Glen for his recent and thorough cleaning of the dumpster area adjacent to our apartment building in Baldwin Park, Orlando, FL. The city finally arrived for pickup late this afternoon, after complaints were made that almost one week had elapsed since the city’s last pickup. MAA expects pickups on Monday, Wednesday and Friday and this schedule seems to work adequately throughout the year. However, after today’s pickup many piles of bagged and broken bags including raw garbage remained strewn in and beyond the dumpster area. Ugh. Foul odor remained with cans and bottles into the driveway.
