I took my 2007 Silverado truck to Maaco in Deerfield Beach, FL.for a total paint job and some body work. Greg, Javier and their team did an outstanding job on my old truck. I would highly recommend their work. Thanks again.

I had an appointment for an estimate and I was on time and no one was in the office so I had to wait. I felt rushed with them trying to up-sale me on everything. I understand that you are trying to make money but this is ridiculous.

After having a positive experience with a different Maaco location in the past, I decided to give this one a shot. I brought my car in for an estimate and met with the owner, Greg, who advised me that if I leave my car to be painted, it would be done in one week. I brought my car in as scheduled, and was again advised that it would be ready in one week. After one week passed, I contacted the business and was advised that my car will be ready at the end of the week. After not hearing from the business at the end of the week, I called and was advised that the car will be ready the next week, most certainly before Thursday. I went to pick up the car on Friday morning and was advised by Greg that it will not be ready until 4PM. When asked why I wasn't contacted in reference to the delay out of courtesy, he stated "we only contact people when their car is ready". When confronted about the burden of sharing one vehicle between my wife and I, he seemed apathetic and repeatedly said to "come back at 4". Upon picking up my car, I observed paint on one of my headlights, paint on all four of my hubcaps, dried pain drippings that accumulated on both of my car's rocker panels, and paint on the Toyota logo on the front of my car. After having my car for nearly triple the amount of time that they said they would, I certainly expected a better result. Due to the lack of transparency, and an overall negative experience, I will not be recommending Maaco to anybody.

The paint job on my SUV is full of orange peel drips and pits! If I wanted a textured paint job I would’ve asked for one! I posted more pictures of my front left fender which had no bodywork at all the overspray is so bad you can barely see the paint! I Drips all over my driver door it makes it look like there’s dents! A 4 or one year warranty but it states on their four year warranty I will have to get the truck back to get this corrected still waiting on some parts 4 weeks later! Overall I would not recommend this location. How would you get paint all over the brand new headlights when they were the only lights left in the vehicle you can replace them as well! This is unacceptableYou got paint all over my brand new headlights I just installed and then wipe them with something to remove the paint and remove the UV finish now they’re ruinedAlso they didn’t paint inside the gas filler and door that was prepped and ready I mean isn’t that part of the truck!

I was given a very competitive estimate and a pick up date. The paint job looks AMAZING, and I was charged precisely as was estimated, not a penny more, AND they called me a day early to pick up my vehicle. VERY SATISFIED CUSTOMER! Brett Boyd

Horrible incompetent staff. Would only consider beaters with no value to paint here. They will devalue your classic vehicle with orange peel, swirls, and massive amounts of overspray. I’m not sure if this location even knows how to properly sand. Judging from the lumps in the paint. The work is just abysmal. Went to a different one. Wayyyyy more professional and actually economical. Only way to put it, these people are bums.

Brought vehicle in for an estimate on 12/2. Got an estimate and a time frame of 4 days to complete. I told Greg that I needed my vehicle back by 12/13; he assured me that if I gave him a down payment to order to parts and brought the vehicle in the following Monday that it would be done by 12/13.
I brought the vehicle in at 8am on 12/9 and again told him I needed it back by Friday 12/13; he again assured me that was not a problem. I called to check on the progress on Thursday; again he assured me it would be done by the end of the day Friday. I called again at 3: 30pm on Friday and the employee working that day told me the vehicle was not being worked on and it would be done on Tuesday. After explaining the situation with this employee, the got it in and completed on Saturday; but it was too late for me to make the plans scheduled for the weekend. I got a lot of sorrys, but it didn’t give me planned trip back. I won’t be using this establishment again. Too many lies straight to my face and no remedies for the situation.

Highly recommend for such a great job. They are very informed and work with your budget. Left very satisfied and will do business again. Had such a great experience. It has done in four days. I've heard of other shops taking over two weeks. And if not fully satisfied they will go and correct. They got it right with first time around. They were there to please the customer

Hi, my name, is Johann, I get a good paint job and I payed a good money for. But I have a special device in my car installed, so I can controll at any time the location from my Car, I ask the Manager, why and for what there use my car for a ride? I show him on my I-phone the driving history from the time, when my Car was in his Shop. The manager denied the situation. So I never bring my Car to this Shop and will tell that to everyone

I had my Acura painted black last week, and they did An AMAZING job on it. The paint was really messed up on the side, all rusted up and every place I went too charged me a really high price, because they said that it was going to be a lot of work to fix that side, and so I brought it here, and Greg the owner was very generous with me, and helped me out a ton! He really gave me the best deal that I could’ve gotten and helped me a lot in the situation I was in, so please if you need your car painted this is the place for you! They really are great, and my paint came out really nice, looks like glass because how shiny and clean it came out. Thankyou Greg!

Very disappointed in them.they had my daughters Jetta for a month to fix from a minor accident. The rear passenger door was the wrong year and it wouldn't lock and the window didn't work. They kept telling me they were going to get a new door for it. Well that was Dec 29th.im still waiting and even filed a complaint with the BBB which they never bothered to respond to. Very disappointing.

They were supposed to do some body work to fix a leak in the trunk. It started leaking again. I found the body work to be a poece of rubber they glued there. They should be ashamed of themselves.

See below for update after 1/9/2018 pickup.

Ugh. I went in on 12/30 (Saturday) and spoke with the owner about getting my truck repainted. He seemed very nice and said if I dropped it off on 1/2/18 at 8 am, then I could get it back by the weekend. I was assuming by 1/6/18 since they close at noon and aren't opened on Sunday. Well, I called on Friday around noon to check in. They looked on the computer and said yes, your truck has been sanded, prepped, all dings and scratched repaired, and was waiting to get painted. Should be done by Tuesday. I thought.ok that changed from "by this weekend". Meanwhile I had to rent a car costing me $180 for 7 days. Tuesday will be day 7. I drove by today (1/6/18 Saturday) at noon. I saw my truck parked outside. I thought cool, it is almost done. Then I drove closer and realized it had not been touched except for the hood. I took a ton of photos posted here. I am now upset, and disappointed that this is where they are at. I am not upset that it's not finished. I am upset because they barely even started, told me they were almost done. I am now out $180 for the rental, and will probably have to keep the rental longer. I will be in there Monday morning to speak with the owner about this. My comment may change for the better depending on how they handle comping me for my rental. I could have taken the car in today rather than Tuesday and they would be just as far in the repainting.

Picking up my truck on 1/9/2018

I visited and spoke with Greg, the owner, on Monday 1/8/2018 at 8 am. He "guaranteed" me that the truck will be fully prepped, sanded, and painted, giving me the $1199 premium paint job I was going to pay for, by the end of day on Tuesday or he would take off $300. I said I did not care when it gets done. I just want it done right and what I was paying for (pointing at the premium painting level on their wall. Tuesday Greg called and let me know the truck had been finished and is now getting cleaned and I could pick it up at 4: 30. AT 4: 30 I arrive and I see my truck. I immediately start the inspection. I noticed that the right fender flare had some deep scratches that had been painted over. I also noticed some touch up paint that I has applied a while ago that was just painted over. There were also so many defects in the paint due to an improper, dirty and dusty work environment. This led me to believe that the truck was not properly sanded, which I thought I was paying for. Greg walked up to me and asked me what I thought and I immediately pointed to the scratches on the flare and the non sanded touch up paint spot. First he said that the deep scratches were there and that would require "advanced scratch" repair. I said. I was by on Saturday and saw the truck was barely touched but sitting in their parking lot, and according to the pictures I took then, the scratches on the flare were not there. Greg replied "what the F*** happened there? " Then he said I should leave the truck and they will fix it. I said no, I had them remove and keep the flare to repair it. So I returned a few minutes later after dropping off my rental. The flare was removed. I went to pay and Greg was trying to to make me happy by offering a comped headlight restore ($70 value). I said no thanks because I had new headlights sitting in my garage. So I took his card and will use it when I need some future minor work done. Overall, then paint looks nice a shiny. Very little orange peel. I don't know enough about auto painting to know if they did what I paid for or if the paint had been properly done. He said I have a 5 year warranty against fading, peeling, or chipping.

So in the end, I feel somewhat dissatisfied with the $1199 painting. I just wish I could have watched the process to make sure they were being honest.

I would like to give a better review, but I can't and 3 stars is all I will give. Will I use them again? Most likely not.

When inquiring about the cheapest option they went out of their way to knock it telling me how terrible it was. Call me naive but How can you sell something that you think is so terrible? Where's the integrity? I didn't do business with him.

Charged me $1K for a terrible paint job. There was paint covering places it was not supposed to be and they painted my car a color that it was not originally.

They so a good job, but they don't necessarily have the exact color that you might need, but they come as close as possible.

This company is a JOKE. The fact that they are in business is insanity. Juan, the manager has no understanding of Customer service what so ever. Greg the owner couldn't be any better, his the one who hired Juan.

Brought in my car to get a black out paint job done, 2015 Mercedes Benz, the car took 4 weeks to get finished, and then when it was return to me, the front bumber was falling off, and their were nicks and small dents on the back left side of my car.

Juan denied anything had happened, he said he would fix the bumper for $300 dollars, even though it should cost more. I told him I'm plan to sue the company if he doesn't fix it, right as I walked out he said okay let me take care of it.

One week later, I get it back even worse then when I brought it in. Doing everything I can to get my money back. I'm shocked. Do not bring your car here!

Not worth a 1 Star. I took my car to this place after being given a very high price from another paint shop. I chose the second best paint offer and felt like I would be happy with the results. When I went to pick up my car, the color of the paint was darker than the original. It was a complete messed up job. Some parts of the paint was smooth, other parts were rough. There were scratches here and there from the sanding or buffering. Paint stains in places that it shouldn’t have been. They gave me some touch-up paint that went hard after a few days. I took my car back and showed them my concerns. They only made the problems worse. I have been reminded of something that I had already known, cheap is not always better. If you love your car and want a great paint job, Marco is NOT the place. Run the other way!
