Really bad service. And they charge us twice for the products and they didn't accept it. At the end the credit card was charged twice and I had to reclaimed it thru the card. A complete mess.

The “MAC Cosmetics” counter is literally cringe. If you need help with your makeup your better off going to the circus at least they do makeup there. Management has the customer service skills of a Walmart greeter or worse. Save yourself the headache and watch a YouTube tutorial because this store ain’t IT!

Jess was amazing! A+ customer service. She was so attentive and helped me pick out the perfect foundation. Next time I come back I’ll have to get some of the other products she recommended

Witnessed their staff stealing customers from one of their hardworking disabled makeup artist. The greed this unacceptable and unethical. Their regional manager brad is allowing this behavior.

On this account I review places my service dog in training and I have visited. Busier location but never any trouble for Barbie and I-good product selection, staff is helpful while not too “salesy”.

I went to this store to buy makeup, but i always used maybeline, i asked the salesperson for help finding my foundation color, he just told me to go to wallmart, thank you mac for the great customer service

Had a wonderful customer service experience. Everett helped us and he is super knowledgeable. I was especially impressed with how he explained his top tips to my pre teen and when we left, she was saying now nice he is. Thank you for making my girls and I feel welcomed.
