Literally my first time going into a make up store.
I’ma male so Ofcourse I felt a little awkward. Just needed to conceal some blemishes on my chin. Anyway I had awesome customer service from Jil at this store. She helped color match me on the studio finish concealer I had researched previously. My shade was out of stock but she still gave me a sample to take. And wrote the number of my shade for future purchase. Thanks again Jil.

It's super disappointing when a high-end store closes way before the time it advertises it's open!
We made a special trip today, Feb 8th, to drive to South Beach to Lincoln Road to Macs Cosmetics in heavy traffic to make several purchases. We checked the closing time earlier, and it said 7: 00 pm on their internet info page. We were at their door at 5: 55pm, but MACS was dark and locked up tight! There was a sign by the front door showing its hours as Open from 11am - 7pm.
I see that you have other reviewers having the same problem. It's not a good look. Shows how much they care.
