As a union ironworker this is hands down the worst company I've worked for. Working for them they'll fight you over getting every dollar you earn. They'll promise you raises and not deliver. They constantly are using the incorrect trade for jobs (ironworkers doing pipe and pipe fitters doing steel). They have a culture built around "get it done before the safety guy sees us" and spend 0 effort on ever making things actually safe. I quit for these reasons and now im entering my final battle with them trying to get my last check. Lets see what a sworn affidavit will do.
