Macclenny Nursing and Rehab Center

I would caution those who are choosing to bring in a loved one who is too weak to speak for themselves. The employees are not so attentive to those patients, and rude to those who try to speak up for them.

Therapist here is the best. I have had a knee replaced they worked with me never forced me to work harder but also motivated me and now I live here me and my husband and wouldn’t won’t to live anywhere else besides here staff is wonderful and respectful

Excellent care We could not have cared for our mother as well as the nurses and staff at Macclenny Nursing Home did. The physical therapists went above and beyond as well. Would recommend anyone needing care or rehab to check them out

I started at Macclenny nursing and rehab September 13th 2022 in Activities I love my job I love making the residents have a smile on their faces I really enjoy my job here I have learned so much at this job an they have no problems helping you if you want to advance in your career The Administrator is awesome he actually listens and find solutions as Well as the DON I watch everyone work hard together from Admissions, social services, to the therapy staff, the nurses, the Cna, housekeepers, maintenance and the dietary couldn’t ask for a better place to work it feels like I have a family from home

Dedicated staff who take wonderful care of their residents. Would highly recommend for anyone needing therapy or long term placement for their loved one!

I was in Macclenny Nursing and Rehab with 2 broken legs. They took me in and got me on my feet again! I suggest that if anyone is in need of therapy, go to MNRC. I'm able to go home tomorrow because of the care and rehab I received here. If I ever need therapy again, MNRC will always be my first choice. They cared for my husband in the past as well. I could not have been happier with rhe care he received. Thank you so much Macclenny Nursing and Rehab!

My mom and dad were residents here over 8+ years ago and then my dad passed away in 2014 and my mom had Alzheimer’s and this nursing home decided they could not care for my mom any more so they called and found another nursing home to send her to and wanted me to move her, I told them that I was not able to move her and that they needed to get a medical transport vehicle to move her. After my mom made it to the new facility the administrator of the new location called me and told me that Macclenny Nursing and Rehab had put my mom in a taxi cab and sent her to the new facility. My mom having Alzheimer’s didn’t know or understand what was going on and she was non verbal and the taxi cab driver had told the new facility that my mom was hitting him and tried to bite him while he was trying to drive her to the new place.
It is some sorry people who would stoop that low to have a patient that was non verbal and had full blown Alzheimer’s transported by taxi cab.
DO NOT USE THIS PLACE IF YOU TRULY LOVE YOUR FAMILY MEMBER!

DO NOT allow anyone you love or care about to stay in this facility. They only care about getting your money in the door. The rooms aren't cleaned properly, medications are not given correctly, requests for medical care are put off or denied for weeks or months. There are roaches in the rooms and the staff cover up each others mistakes or straight NEGLECT of its patients. This is a true reviw and will not even try to be debunked by this facility, as they know there is proof and photos to back up these claims. I just do not want to see anyones loved one on the news because they passed away. If you can not check on your loved one daily, I urge you to please skip past this place!

I am a former Unit Medical Speciailist for the Geriatric Unit of NEFSH. I am currently a resident of Macclenny Rehab due a severe spinal injury that requires a great deal of physical care which I am given with professionalism, kindness, dignity and respect. All members of the staff work physically and mentally taxing positions going above and beyond to care for their patients as if they were family. They have one of the most demanding jobs you can have, and one not many could do.

Thank you all for everything. You don't hear it often enough, but you are appreciated.

Macclenny is a great place to go for rehabilitation. I recently had a below knee amputation and am currently here for rehab. They are helping me recover and get back home soon. My room is very nice and the staff are friendly. This is my third time here and will come back if I ever need to.

I worked as a CNA here. I reported another for slapping a resident across the face and they fired ME. Please do not send your loved ones here.
