So sad! Smelled musty as soon as i walked in… they have a stingray/skate in a SMALL tank with eels! The stingray is larger than the tank’s width.all the enclosures were inadequate and filthy.i understand this is a local pet store… but no animal deserves to be treated like this.animals looked unhealthy and not happy.i want to save them all!

I love this pet shop. I have a baby bearded dragon they always supply LittleFoots needs. They are always willing to listen and inform you of knowledgeable information. Some pet places don't care they just want the sales. Not this place. Such very nice staff and some pretty cool animalsMe and littlefoot thank you for being there for us

Awesome store with friendly people. They always seem to have everything I need. So much easier than going to Jacksonville or Lake City for my pet supplies. Well knowledgeable on pets also.

Very rude hardly open small selection over priced when I called to complain about the hours they told me I was only one person and we're very rude so I left this review to save others from being treated so badly

Disappointed. Very dirty. Merchandise unorganized. Pet beds thrown around unkept. Dog Feces on the floor. The poor bird that lives there is kept in filth. The cage looks like it has not been cleaned in months. There are Bugs crawling and flying in and around the cage floor not to mention the stench is awful. The poor snake's aquarium is extremely dirty. If the health department saw the horrible living conditions of all these pets, they would shut them down. The place is gross. I feel sorry for the animals. I will never go back.

They were very helpful and were very kind and wish to have more stores like this one here
