They could find the problem. They just tried to reset the computer. Charged me with 80 dollars for looking at computer and realising that it is not working. I knew it was not working.

Steve is the man! Had my 2015 macbook pro opened &fixed with nothing erased within 24 hours! I was helped by Mr. Patrick Dowling. He is quite the gentleman and very knowledgeable technician. I was expecting a serious case of the spend-a-lot but Patrick diagnosed my MacBook Pro (circa 2013) and carried out a procedure that allowed me, with only minimal system admin, to take care of my problem for less than I had budgeted. I will now be able to continue using my laptop for, hopefully, another four years. You can't beat that.
