Cool shop for souvenirs. Quite over priced and not Too many magnets options. I collect magnets so it’s important to me but there were a bunch of other stuff. Also they have naturale come shells outside at the front of the store which are cool!
I bought a t-shirt as a gift from this shop, got it home to take the size label off and part of the transfer came off with it! There is no way of contacting the Mac's Sea Garden shop directly apart from telephone, and as I live in UK I won't be calling due to charges. You can't even msg them on Facebook. I contacted the company who ultimately owns the gift shop, called 'Historic Tours of America', and they read and ignored my messages. I sent them my receipt and image of the faulty t-shirt. Irony is, on the receipt it says 'Retail You Can Trust! ' This is certainly not the case and I want my money back. Waste of 14 dollars completely.
I bought some great local gifts for amazing prices. Awesome way to support these businesses! Love coming here seeing the cute crafts and unique items to take back for memories
A bit touristy, but chock full of "oceany" treasures that people like to buy while on vacation. My favorite things about this place are the old car and the sponge monster (both have been there for decades). This place is behind the pier out of plain site to many, so it's never that crowded. There are other interesting shops and restaurants near here, so definitely worth stopping by.if for no other reason than to get a photo with the old car and monster.
