Macy's, Miami FL

This Macy's is well stocked and the cashier (petite area) who attended us very kind, the food in the cafeterias was not like other opportunities this time it was cold and the shrimp and corn soup I do not advise anyone, really bad soup.

Very few employees to help. Items very expensive and no credit card discounts, unless you enter on app.

Went to Macy’s to return a suit that was purchased for my Wedding in November. It was a suit my aunt purchased for my 12-year old cousin. He’s growing by the minute and the suit was purchased 2 months ago and does not fit by now. Of course, we didn’t have a receipt so the cashier was not being helpful at all. Once she calls the manager, the manager ‘Jim’ was so helpful and was able to pull up my aunts purchase with her Macy’s credit card number. He delivered great customer service and even offered other suit alternatives at the store that fit in line with our budget. Thank you, Jim! Macy’s should hire more of you.

Macy's at Dadeland Mall in Miami is a well managed Macy's that has everything that you need from a Macy's and more. I really like the selection of home items that they have available here. The staff here is very attentive and available to help you when you need. Overall good shopping experience.
