Department Store Macy's reviews
19Couldn't believe that people were in the store and didn't have masks on. Salesforce didn't have masks on. Didnt feel comfortable
I love this store the ladies in the women's department where very helpful. They sang happy birthday to my mom and niece cos it was there birthday
Macy's at Boca Town Center. Best selection of clothing and home goods of any other Macy's in Broward and Palm Beach counties.
Prices ok, but hard to navigate through the nonsensical displays and no help from salespeople. Got one of the most pleasant people ever at the register.
Karen at the Brow Bar was very professional and a joy to work with. She took the time needed to give me the look I wanted. I will certainly return for more service from her.
I'm bout at Macy's of Boca Raton FL a coach perfume for women for my wife and when she tried WATERSORPRICE O IM SORRY WHAT A SORPRICE WATER just that WATER NOT EVEN FAKE PERFUME WATER FULL OF WATER MACY's was the only place i'm bout my perfume NOT ANY MORE. LOSING CREDIBILITY! And below of the bottle a Hidden messaged said factice "DUMMY"
Sales personal in the shoes department was very helpful. The Mac counter sales personal
was quick at asking me if I needed help.
Customer service ha really plummeted at Macy's - need to train staff and managers on the processes and with the the seemingly fly reduced workforce it's hard to find anyone e at all. The location is in a mall that seems to lack an adequate number of directories with stores leaving like Swatch. One star for minimally trying.
I was browsing around as a big sale was announced, found a great deal in Alfany and when i went to pay neither the cashier nor the supervisor honored the price on the tag. They claimed it was a mistake. Very poor customer b service. Disappointing
Very surprised how dirty exterior of the store was. The landscaping was a mess and very run down looking! Garbage was overflowing and just really bad appearance for such a busy store!
So this lady Judie in the men's department just tells me that she's NOT going to argue with me because I tell her that the sale shows 30% off plus an extra 30% friends and family (see pictures) very rude, she does NOT have to argue with me all she has to do was do what the sign tells
Macy's has turned into a horrible place to shop. They have outsourced their customer service to the phillipines. It's just not a pleasure to shop with them. I'll be sticking to Nordstroms & Bloomingdales. The prices end up the same when they are on sale anyway.
Always a positive shopping experience.
This trip was to returns and Macy's lived up to their reputation, no hassle, money back with a smile.
I had a sales lady that was very helpful in getting me exactly what I needed. I wish I had her name.
Tried calling here. No one could help me. Asked for a manager. The operator hung up. Macy's has lost me as a customer. Stay away from this place.
Had a great experience with Marcy on the 2nd floor Plus Size. I hope to have the chance to go back before I leave back to Montreal.
YOU can find at MACY'S amazing dresses and shoes plus everything else that you want for a special occasion. Came and ENJOY the beauty.
Today I went to the fragrance purchase counter. I was coldly greeted by two Caucasian ladies. I’m a African American female. I began to inquire about a certain expensive perfume and I was snubbed by them as if I couldn’t afford it. They racially profiled me. I was treated as if I was at a counter that said NO COLOREDS. They treated another Caucasian lady that approached the counter with joy. Is this the type of customer service Macy’s employees offer to African American customers? I will not be supporting Macy’s again. I will surely tell my family and friends to boycott Macy’s. I’m gonna spend my money where I am welcome not tolerated. I urge any African American customers to avoid this Macy’s all together. I guess prejudice is alive and well. Shame on you Macy’s employees. Now let’s see if the Macy’s company reply.
I came in to buy 2 kenzo fragrances that I was going to take abroad as gifts. The representative at Kenzo showed me the fragrance but it was too large for me to take so I kindly asked if they had a smaller size. She turned around and left with an attitude and didn’t even assist me. I left and purchased it elsewhere. The employee was extremely rude and unprofessional and not willing to help me. I will not be here anymore. I will go to Nordstrom and Bloomindale’s instead where I get treated with respect.
