Macy's, Coral Springs FL

I had a very pleasant experience here as I don’t shop a lot at Macy’s, and I can thank your associate Asgar for being such a wonderful help! He assisted me with my needs and was extremely nice to work, he is a wonderful asset to this locations team.

Men Fragrance Dept - I went to buy Prada but sales lady Belly totally ignored me. She was busy having personal conversation on June 18,2021 around 3pm. SMH!
Going to a different store to it.
She needs more training

Its a CUTE store however my opinion is very BIAS because Aventura Macys is my favorite Macy's store. Aventura has more style, color, sizes, and a whole lot of exclusive.

People are not attentive in the Fine Jewelry department. Leave customers waiting for more than 10 minutes acknowledges afterwards but do not ask for assistance. Wait time to pick up an order placed online 40 minutes total.
Never will visit this store again waste of time.

Easy to find things and a lot of great clearance prices. The staff is very helpful and proactive, too.

While this Macy's will have everything you will see in your normal Macy's, where it lacks is their employees. Most act like they simply do not want to be there, and having one come up to you and offer help will nearly never occur. If you then attempt to find help, it is common you will find employees or cashier's avoiding you, or sighing when needing to help.

The perfume Dept seems like they over use their product are it is hard to breath while making your way through, some even spraying in the path you are about to walk.

If you are in need of a Macys for their products, you can stop by, but this is not a very special location.

At Macy’s it is one stop shopping. You find multiple brands in clothing at really good price all year long.

Even though a membership card that is available only for people living in the US is necessary to be eligible to additional rebate, they could grant you access to it for a limited time.

I really, enjoyed my visit to Macy's. I was able to get in, find what I was shopping for and get out quickly. And oh, before I forget. The prices and quality of my purchases were fantastic. Stop in you'll see.

Just got bad report from my Doctor, the only thing I new is I needed a distraction. They had a sale going on, was very please, but the price that was reading on sign, 60% and 80% It don't tell you price on Items were the final price, I purchased over %100.00. Some of the shirts were different in color and price but the same brand. The young lady on the floor, after asking for help told me just keep looking. The cashier, on the other hand represented Macy. Also ask would I like to apply for a American Express card, and yes I was approved. Was kind and friendly, we hen I approached the check, she was helping another customer, but yet acknowledge I was there. I feel bad I didn't get her name, but she was in the area that sales Tommy Hill products. She saved the Day for me.

I love Macy’s in general. You can find anything you are looking for to look fly for life. But as usual, my reviews are about the store’s customer service and overall experience. First, we were in the women’s department and found an amazing pair of $100 shoes for 8 bucks! Next, Devin who works at the finish line next to clearance in the shoe department went out if his way to help us. The clearance can be messy when the shoes are being looked through but nothing a deal searcher won’t be able to handle. Otherwise the store is spotless. Men’s and women’s are are different ends of the mall. It’s just how it is.

My mom and I went in to get her some Fashion Fair lipsticks. We were disappointed to find out that there was no Fashion Fair counter at that location. However my mom was still able to get very good help at the Lancome counter and walked away to really great lipsticks that are specifically developed for persons with dry lips.

My ladies would not leave the outlet. Spent a ton on perfume, cosmetic and clothes plus got free samples. Strange I couldn't buy a size shoe in store, only online.

I have true mixed feelings here. It has been years since I visited the store and to my surprise, the old Macys is only a mens store now and across the mall is a store for the ladies. I feel the signs at the entrance should say "Macys Men" and "Macys Ladies" with directional arrows so you aren't stuck wondering around the mall. I almost left empty handed and extremely frustrated!

Visited a week ago around 10am and experienced a kind and helpful customer service (. Glad that it even expedited the time spending in the store)

I'm I the only one who feels like Macy's is gradually declining. Oh well, it's still good for what it is, they just need more employees on the floor or at registers ready to assist any and everyone. And some times there last act department has some good finds.

My shopping trip was fantastic except for this worker in juniors department with curly hair was rude.

Just bought my second suit from Gino in the men's department and I was very pleased again. He is very knowledgeable and quick to be helpful without intruding or being pushy. They didn't have my size for the pants and he quickly confirmed with another store and had them hold it for me. I will definitely be going back again for my next suit.
