Macy's, Boynton Beach FL

Probably the worst Macys I have ever been to. They don't even have testers available to smell a product in fragrances, without having to get an associate.

Zara from Macy’s was the best! She did an amazing job assisting me and my partner! I definitely would recommend anyone to ask for her.

It was a nice experience. I visited Back Stage & purchased 3 pairs of jeans, 1 top, 2 oven mitts, & some candy.all for under $70.00. The Jean's I really needed since I lost about 22 lbs. My gift to me

Waited almost over 20 minutes "Aug 27th after 4pm" for a hello or I'll be with you shortly. Never got that! Wish I new her name. I did make a complaint to the Manager. Instead I got a very rude and unprofessional sales woman at the MAC section, A mature, short lady, EXTREMELY UNprofessional, Not polite, EXTREMELY Rude. Customers come to buy from Mac and should be treated with respect.

Terrible service at the men’s fragrance counter. I had a couple of fragrances in mind for a gift. When I got there the lady at the Montblanc section was the only one available. I told her what I wanted and she proceeded to give me a bunch of samples that I did not care for. I smelled a few, didn’t like them and I told her what brand I was interested. She got upset and yelled at someone else assigned to the counter I was looking for. The second lady was already in a bad mood, treated me like I was wasting her time and like I didn’t know what I was talking about. I asked her for the YSL Bleu Electrique and she looked at me like I had no clue what I was talking about and told me that’s not a thing. She sprayed a random blue bottle and gave it to me to smell. If she was a good sales person she would know what I was talking about and would not have treated me the way she did. Literally the bottom of the barrel in terms of salesmanship. Horrible job at hiring good sales people who care to listen what the customer needs. Macy’s has always been my go-to for cologne but not anymore. Every single person working the men’s fragrance section is mediocre at best.

Store very slow and wanted some nice thongs for men. I was told they had them in stock but Boynton Mall almost dead so they dont stock all that they want.

Nancy at the Lancôme counter in Boynton Beach was SO nice, helpful, and accommodating. I hope the store recognizes how good she is.

Allen was the nicest, coolest guy (has a hat which represents the 1950's and his creativity) who really knows how to make your day with his words.and this was at 7: 58pm, as the store was closing. We ended up staying late and he was courteous and way above that all the way. Will definitely go back! Selection much smaller in suites than Boca store.

I love this place, but our cashier wasn't nice. She treated us like "we're not here to buy much, we don't need the best service". We did not care, so we bought what we needed.

A very nice and helpful sales associate named Marie always helps me. I love the petites department at Boynton Beach Mall.

Great place to get free air conditioning when you're out and about they have a new place upstairs call something backstage great prices like a Marshalls in a Macy's my wife spent tons of money.

We went on June 6th 2021 the last day of there amazing sale! We bought from every single department except for shoes the other ly pair that my mother could have worn only had half sizes of 7 and 8 but thats what I get for going the last day!
Each department held everything for me as I got the car for my 80 year old mother with a walker and picked her up and drove around to each entrance to pick up all if our bags! About 6 bags full!

The store itself needs a little updating. The carpets need to be replaced very much an eye sore. The staff seem helpful and nice selection of merchandise.

Very nice. I was invited by a friend to some early shopping before the store opens to the public. I got some great deals. Very enjoyable.

Macy's is a great place to shop clothes, everything you want to buy and it's at a low price. It's a win win. I recommend you to buy there. Especially when there are sales everything's at a low price. Hooray!

Macy's didn't have new selections available. I was trying to find a gift for my mother's birthday and my goodness everything was old. It was marked down significantly but it's spring so I don't want to buy heavy winter clothing in dark colors.

LOVE MACY'S! The customer service is fantastic and the selection of designers are sizes are awesome! I was shopping there recently for a dress for a guest at a wedding. The staff was very friendly and helpful and gave me suggestions of dresses for my occassion. When a size didn't fit, they went to the sales floor and found the correct size for me. I appreciated that level of service. Always a MACY'S customer!

Needed a special birthday gift for my best friend. Found in better dresses a lovely pink halter style long dress. Price was right. Even better she loved the gift!

I went to the mattress department to purchase a mattress and foundation. Well I looked around to see the various products available. There was no one working there! I was there close to an hour and no one even showed up. I left and I guess Macy's will not get the sale as I'll go elsewhere. Their loss! No wonder they've closed so many stores in the past few years. This is not the Macy's that I grew up shopping at.

Customer service is worst than Walmart! Today I visited this store for the first time to buy a Clinique tinted SPF after two years and I left without my product because a young Latina lady was too busy on the computer or just restocking Clinique samples to help me!
I wonder why this place is never as busy as the Boac Raton & the Wellington location.
