Macy's, Orlando FL

I am never going to shop from this company again! The manager name Mark does not know how to process a return from another Macy's. Poor customer service, didn't even pick up the phone to go above and beyond for me as a guess to accommodate my service. From a scale of 1 to 10, I give them a -1 for not trying ; even during this pandemic.

The only reason why I will NOW rate this Macys 5 stars is because the efficiency of the Clinique counter employees, particularly Sandra who always helps me find what I need and is always super kind! Yadira was also extremely kind and helpful as well. Out of all my times I’ve been to the Clinique counters at Macy’s these were the only two employees that really stood out to me and seemed genuine rather than others who only try to make extra commission off of you. I recommend you definitely go to these two lovely ladies if you need skin advice and kind customer service!

Love this location at the Florida Mall. The lady that works in the woman's section by the INC and Michael Kors area is always so lovely and attentive. Everytime I come here she is always pretty busy but takes her time to tell you hello and if anything is needed she'd be there to assist in any way. I'm sorry I don't know her name. She's a shorter woman with an Indian descent. She's awesome and is always available every time I've gone.

Macy's plus size Department always leaves a lot to be desired this one actually wasn't too bad nothing in the way of a dresses that I was looking for and nothing way in Walking shorts that I was looking for

I went to the Florida Mall Macy's and they had the purse I was looking for so I was very happy

This Macy’s has never disappointed. Even with all the COVID stuff they have kept it all pretty normal, great items at great prices. The guy at the finish line on the bottom floor was real nice too in getting me the right shoes. Always like shopping at this store.

Great shopping experience, Jacky at Estee Lauder is excellent. I love shopping at Macy's, good quality items, good prices and awesome discount coupons. I recommend it

I visited back in December. It was the first time I have ever tried the Macy's personal stylist service and it was amazing! Johanna was my Stylist and helped me with picking out some flattering dresses for an event I have coming up and also some everyday looks. It sure beats trying to rummage through the store for hours on your own. A major benefit for me was to have someone else's opinion besides my own about how the clothing looked on me before buying it. She was very honest which I appreciate! Also, the service is absolutely free and there is no minimum spend. Although I went over my budget, that wasn't anyone else's fault but mine. Prices were very reasonable. I continued to shop even after my appointment was over and every associate I interacted with was also very friendly. Thank you Johanna for your friendly and professional service. I'll be back!

In my mind, they are one of the best Macys Department Stores I've visited when I'm searching for INC jeans or looking for shoes.and I've been in many! The women shoe department makes me smile
Hint: Start at the clearance shoes first!

I like the store, but you need to be prepare for the grumpy sales associate that ocasionally appear

What is going on with the phones? I can't get in contact with anyone! I called the store, I call the 800 customer service for over a week and no answer! I placed an order online over a week ago and I have not received it yet. When I check the status on my account there is no tracking info just that the sender sent it. Its been over a week since it was supposedly sent and still no information about it at all.

Always find what I'm looking for at Macy's. They have great deals going on right now!
