Macy's, Aventura FL

The sales at Macy's are amazing. Found so much variety and in stock items which is so difficult for brick and mortar stores post pandemic. I was used to buying so much on line and still do, but nothing compares to the real shopping experience.

Could not find a place to checkout! There were stores inside Macy's that only if you purchased their items could you check out! Ex. Finish Line, Sunglass Hut.

We have been long time clients of this store; it's has a convenient location and good pricing.

After so many years, we had such a terrible experience with a Manager last Thursday 12/17, that we need to share it so the Store can take action against misleading and very poor customer service offered by the Manager in charge, Maria Petrucci.

It's sad that customer service at this location has been decreasing in quality on a yearly basis, but this manager in particular really convinced us that we have nothing else to look at this store.

I love buying in Macy, but it’s irritating coming here to buy an Ugg’s slides and what you receive is a Michael Kors flat, I even ordered the Ugg’s slides at the store, they didn’t even were sorry about it, and didn’t tried to help me.

Granted it was only a few days after Christmas but the store was tore up from the floor up and customer service was non existent.

Jewelry department lady was exceptional. She went above and beyond to find an item we were looking for. I wished I could remember her name.

Great atmosphere and shopping experience.

The sales representative at the Gstar section of the store was very helpful, and make my shopping experience one to remember.

Great selection of items especially hard to find perfumes. Somewhat reasonably priced. But of good quality.

The big bed expiriens for customer service! Didnt help me never! Last time I call 3! Hours on custom.servise, and not received ANY! Info. About my problem! That dont so easy. The teller get me a lot of unnecessary questions, but didnt help me.i dont need spend my time for that.
Really crazy, and unproductive.
Never buy online macys again!

Just your average Macy’s, EXCEPT. This is a women’s Macy’s, the men’s Macy’s is a five minute walk away.

I was in the shoe department and the workers were prompt with the shoes I needed and it was perfect. I ended leaving with a great pair. One thing is to be noted outside of the shoe and perfume/cosmetics departments there's barely any workers on other floors. I ended saying forget it on dresses because there were only two workers and way too many customers they would have to deal with before they got to me.

Had a great time shopping at Macy's today. Sales associate made sure my experience was memorable. I picked up a new suit, got fitted, picked up all accessories includes shoes. There were no lines. I was even offered the Macy's card. And, sales associate explained all benefits and features of my new card.

So I needed a dress for a music Gala. I went through the whole mall. Ended up getting a dress at Bloomingdale's and returning it the next day. I got one at Nordstrom. Was nice but I just couldn't deal with spending $500 so I returned that one the next day. Finally made it to Macy's and they had so many nice dresses that actually fit well. I found the perfect dress and shoes and jewelry. I got complements from everyone. Thank you Macy's and employees

Whow, just whow! Huge store, amazing collection of Hilfiger women's, so as a tourist who's looking for bargains this is a must see. On their sales they have Marshall's pricing level, I never miss that. Got a TH blazer years ago for $ 15,80 and it's still in my collection!

A trip to Aventura Mall and a stop to Macy's will put you into the holiday season. Great Black Friday deals.

What can one say about Macy's- it's timeless. The staff are well trained and will help you out. You can get a better deal on decent clothes at this place than just about anywhere else.

An excellent shopping experience! I love how clean and organized this store is. I always find great stuff here.

Customer service here sucks no one is never around to help you find nothing and when you do ask a question or ask where something is located they look at you like your crazy this Macy's sucks they need new management ASAP because this store terrible don't waste your time
