Macy's, Fort Myers FL

Looks like they are going out of business. Not many sales people on the floors and stock is low.

The website said they so plus size when I got there I won for the bottom 4 to the top floor in the lady said they don't sell anymore

Macy’s is great as it sells well known brands but the thing is that they’re expensive. The store looks really old but I can’t blame them because the store tries to earn money. There’s barely any associates around and cashiers too. The backstage outlet is really good and prices are great, but there’s less selection on clothing, but it’s because it’s on a small space at the second floor in the Women’s department. Although I’ll shop again if they have better prices and more selection.

Clean, organized and associates were friendly. Found a few good deals in the handbags and home accessories departments. New merchandise has arrived and it will be fun to go back and shop. Today I was running out of time but will be back soon!

The sale was great, but none of the staff were interested in assisting me or either of the teens with me. We separated to get some assistance and all three struck out.
So we went to JCPENNY, because they did want our business. We purchased almost $700 of clothes for the kids to go on a two week long glamping trip out of state.

Very big store, even 2 different stores.this is little complicated for some people I think.to go buy kids stuff then go to another macys to buy women clothes.but not a big deal.prices are fine, except some deals not updated as at shows online.so I go to buy bag but I've bought dress instead and some kids clothes.overall is good, but couldn't find nobody to check me out few mins before closing, all registers were empty.

Macys this is my wife favorite, and I'm happy for her she will not live without this store, and now that they have the "back section" where the have all the sales and specials the store is a better place to go and find what you need.

The staff here is always so helpful. The store is well kept and the clothes are always organized. Altough I didn't find anything I liked at the time. I would definitely shop here again.

I made some online returns. It was a little difficult. Even though I'm a credit card holder there. People should be trained a little bit better in returns and customer service.

LOVE CUSTOMER SERVICE BUT THE MANAGERS CAN BE RUDE TO HIRED HELP. I DON'T LIKE BULLIES ANY FORM ESPECIALLY AT WORK. JUẞT TOTALLY IMPROPER.

What merchandising manager decided it was a good idea to put women's clothing in a different store within the same mall? If anything put clothing in one store and furniture, appliances, and kitchen items together
It was a confusing trip to say the least. We wound up at one of the other anchor Tennant store's to spend our money.

Shoe department on a busy Saturday had only 1 person working. Went to Dillard's after waiting 20 minutes at Macy's for help, and they had 4 people ready to help us.

Macy's has some great deals on shirts they are a good store. They are mostly very clean and it was a good experience had by all.

Country wide, an old establishment with quality merchandise. Note: I only buy there when they have sales.

I love Macy’s and I love to go when only Pam and Kelia working there because both of them they are so sweet and sweet (Pam) she is my favorite Great customer service she’s very professional very sweet and very nice!
