I went there for Father's Day gifts to buy some accessories for myself and they don't launch the sale until Thursday 3 days before Father's Day they used to do it a week before the holiday. Plus this store looks like it's going out of business there's nothing really as far as stock and the store it's all very empty

The staff was incredibly nice. However I am VERY disappointed with Macy's. All my life I have been a loyal customer. I always could count on finding nice and quality items be it clothing, housewares or furniture! Now all I get when looking for something is only "Millenia or Florida Mall.carry that. Today I learned Colonial will no longer carry Polo. Ahhhhgh. Why do I want to go out there, that's 20 miles out of my way! Traffic and tourists. What about the rest of Orlando? What's wrong with our hard earned dollars? We deserve to conveniently purchase some of the finer items too.

Very disappointed in selection availability. Might to consider closing this location. Had to travel to Florida mall & JCPENNEYs.

This Macy's is located inside a dead mall; Fashion Square mall. This mall used to be one of the busiest malls of Orlando but slowly big businesses like Sears and JC Penny left and only Macy's and few other stores are left. Most of the shops are closed down and those spots are available but because of very low foot traffic, it seems like people don't want to take any spot there. It feels so eerie to walk inside the mall and see virtually no one around except few people working in the left over shops. So, if you want to shop at Macy's in peace, visit this location before it closes down as well. I wonder how Macy's is making any money in that mall. I have seen the mall full of people and most of the spots occupied with different shops, so, I feel sad whenever once in a while I visit there.

Working in Hospitality or Retail during the holidays is hell! As I shopped for after Xmas bargains, I saw time and time again the impatient, irritated customers arguing with these poor associates over discounts, product availability, etc. But I applaud the retail employees for all of their hard work and effort to make the customers happy. It can't be easy! And a big shout out to the nice lady in the shoe department. As fast as customers were leaving tried-on shoes everywhere, she was just as quick to clean it up and continue ringing up their buys.

I am a huge Macy’s fan and have been for years but this place is terrible. Men’s shoes were al over the place. Could not find anything. Looks like a floor of trash. This store needs a visit from corporate

Too bad they're going out of business at this location because it's perfectly central. Everything is pretty messy but that's because of after Christmas and overworked staff. But despite their being busy and the extremely good 60% off values on semi decent quality designer bags, and are making a whole mess of the place even worse, at least three employees went out of their way to help us and make sure we got exactly what we wanted and were checked out quickly, which is very important when you have an infant with you.

Let's face it, Amazon owns retail on this planet Earth, so Macy's has to make it on medium- to high-quality, high markup brands, and constant sales and promotions to give the illusion of deep discounts. But the fact is that there are real bargains to be had at Macy's, and we believe that you can go to Macy's and pay less than you do at Target, while Target offers about Walmart's quality level of merchandise at a Macy's regular price.

Would I ever buy anything at regular price from Macy's? That's a heck of a good question, because I can't remember paying full price for anything at a Macy's since, ever.but some of their sales are better than others so when it's a situation like today with 60% and more marked down on Calvin Klein and the better end of Michael kors, and even some Coach bags, it's clear that Macy's really does offer excellent value if you are willing to shop when it reaches clearance season for any given set of products. We think of their normal sales as full price, but their clearance delivers better for less. Just don't plan on getting the exact model or color you dreamed of.this was never a large Macy's and to me it never seemed like a well-staffed Macy's even during the retail boom driven by the real estate bubble in around 2005 or so. But they do have just enough of what you need and they have it at the right pricesif you just tolerate a little bit of email and watch for the deals, plus of course the obvious times like right after Christmas. I didn't even need to look before we went this time. I knew half the store was going to be half off.

I hope corporate Macy's changes its mind, although the mall itself may be looking for different types of tenants now that it is changing over to more frontage space and less interior space to lease out. We like this Macy's despite its smaller size and we like the people who work there.

So, yes we gave 5 stars because we are rating it against other similarly-priced and staffed department stores in similar situations. It's still comfortable and it's still friendly and it's still a very good deal for medium- and high-quality stuff if you know how to time your purchases.

Very limited petite sizes and styles. I went on a Saturday evening and it felt deserted. Maybe next time will be a different experience!

I find myself shopping less and less at Macy's. It may be that I'm getting older and I'm no longer in their target market, but the clothes and home items do not appeal to me as much as they used to.

Not what it used to be. Last few times I have been there it looks more and more empty. Less customers.less merchandise.less stores surrounding Macy's. It's a very sad sight but part of our changing times. Everything seems to be moving to an E-commerce lifestyle. The entire fashion square Mall is on the edge of being obsolete.

The location in Fashion Square Mall looks inside like a bargain store. Needs updating - new carpets, wood flooring and display tables. Not much pride in some of the staff's dress. The guy who helped me in the Polo area wore gym shorts and a tee shirt. I thought he was a customer. I think it's gone down.

Very large Macy's with a friendly staff that is very knowledgeable when it comes to my Macy's credit card account. There are a lot of deals going on all the time and they have a department for whatever event you are shopping for may it be a business meeting, a new home, or prom.

Good experience, we vicited the forniture gallery in Orlando and the associate was very helpful end professional. He provided us with information and option no one have before. However, there is a big opportunity for the people in customer service at the (800) number so one day they can reach the store associate level.

Old school store with old school service and up to date merchandise. Best store at Christmas hands down
