I always find quality here. Prices are fair & associates knowledgeable. Always happy with purchase. Delivery people neat. Clean & well mannered. No scuffs or scratches on furniture. Good experience & well mannered sales people that have been with the store for while!

Have a replacement issue on a defective mattress. Already spoke with customer service and waiting for service as promised.
Went to Macy's Furniture location. The five stars I am giving is not for Macy's service as yet. Will be glad to do that if they keep their promise that a Supervisor promised over the phone.
This 5 star rating is for salesperson 'Jerry' who took his valuable time to help us in selecting a mattress replacement for our mattress that is no longer being produced after 6 years (we purchased a guarantee at the beginning). 5* for Jerry! We would buy furniture from him when the time comes!

I never write reviews, but had to due to the awful experience I have had. DO NOT buy anything from this store. I ordered a bedroom set. The bed was delivered, but the delivery guys were not able to put together as they said the hardware was not in the box. One of the end tables had paint already coming off and two drawers in the dresser would not close. You would think due to the above that the saleswoman, Rochelle, I bought it from and customer service would rectify this asap. Rochelle the sales woman was no help at all and either was the customer service I reached out to by phone. This has taken me hours on the phone and I still have no resolution. I will never go to Macy's again.

Excellent experience today. I started shopping for a mattress set in mid February. Was at this location a total of 3 times. First time the saleswoman was pushy and borderline obnoxious. Second time the salesman left me in the mattress dept and never came back. Today was my lucky day as I wound up with Karlene and she was awesome! Helpful and patient and very knowledgeable. She made the process totally painless for me.

We have always enjoyed furniture shopping at Macy's in the past, both in Florida and up north, so it was our first stop when looking for a new sleeper sofa. Imagine our disappointment when we found only two sleeper sofa's on display! We sadly went a block away to another furniture store which had a showroom with many many sleeper sofas along with lots of other furniture.

Horrible customer service experience. I purchased a bedroom set that cost a small fortune. No one informed me about the 5 year warranty I could have purchased until I found online that it existed. I contacted them 4 days after the purchase and they told me it was too late. The furniture is sitting in a condo that I do not live in and has not been used so not sure why they couldn't allow it. The most disturbing after months of trying to get Ann Warner the manager to help me she sends my information to an executive office Terry Williams who calls me to inform me that I need to speak to the store manager who can contact the district manager to approve. Then I get the information that Terry Williams was the one to approve and 2 months later I am still waiting for her call. No one takes accountability or responsibility. I am cutting my Macys credit card and never setting foot into another Macys ever in my life

I DON'T EVEN WANT TO GIVE THEM 1 STAR BECAUSE OF THE RUDENESS OF MS. SHIRLEY GRACE AT THE BOCA RATON LOCATION On Glades Road. I asked her if they had a certain bed on display because customer service told me they did. She RUDELY SAID TO ME, HOW WOULD THEY KNOW! THEY DON'T KNOW WHAT WE HAVE IN OUR STORE. I said well I gave them the web id number and that is the info I was given. She said, WELL WHY DIDN'T YOU ORDER IT ONLINE. I asked her what her name is. She rudely gave it to me and asked me mine. She has no business working with the public.

Had such a wonderful experience; came into the store looking at macys most popular couch. I was struggling with picking a configuration and Bernadette went ABOVE AND BEYOND to help me make the best choice.we moved the pieces around to help me visualize and not once did I feel pressured to buy. Thank you Bernadette for your wonderful customer service!

Really bad sales person who was either too distracted or stupid to listen to requirements or to remember! Never again! Went down the street and bought.

Recently received outstanding service and help from Juliet in the lingerie department. So pleased. Never experienced any comparable help at the Macy's in Belmont before they closed or the one is Saugus, where I typically go. Thank you, Juliet!

Very Average. Furniture is dated. Worry no more warranty, pretty much useless. Staff were nice enough though.

Great selection of quality products for low prices. Great service and professional staff. We were greeted at the door looking for a specific lift recliner and the gentleman showed us the selection. Macy's had exactly what we were looking for and at a price that was in our range.

Can I leave less the 1 star? $2000 on an AirloomHybrid firm mattress on an adjustable platform. It was defective. Replacement is even more defective. Called manufacturer who said they think it wasn't made to go on an adjustable platform. So now what do I do? They have offered me a reselection. What does that mean?

Great selections. Need to spend time as they have lot of stuff. Ask for Michael. He was great and very helpful. He listens and found what we were looking for. Did not try sell everything. Because of him, the buying became a pleasure. We found what we were looking for for our living room. This is one place we will rely on for our future needs.
