Best place on the West Coast for all of your audio needs, Freddy and staff will take care of you they have something for everyones budget and have the best and cleanest installers they are old school cut no corners and they do it right drive an hour from Tampa to have all my vehicles taken care of only at Mad Marks.

I had an issue with my stereo on a 18 accord unfortunately I couldn’t just put anything in. I got a crazy price from the dealer and went to Mad Marks, I spoke to Freddy and he was able to get me a replacement that saved me $$$.

Came in looking for some help with a wiring kit, they had just what I needed and got me out the door quick and easy.

They put in a radio I bought off of Amazon (yes I bought a bad radio) but they charged me $400 to get extra parts and to put it in. Paid for steering wheel controls that never worked and 2 weeks later tue whole thing stopped working all together. Took it to them and they wanted $125 just to look at it even though it never worked properly in the first place. You’re better off going to Best Buy! I paid $325 for a better radio with all the parts and they installed it for free!

Stopped in tonight looking for speaker adapters and factory connector for my Jeep. Wasn't having any luck anywhere else! They had both! Great staff extremely helpful! Definitely gained my business!

Seems shady. Lots of stuff in stock but has a flea market feel. Didn't get the feeling that the employees really knew anything about audio

Brought some amps I had bought they tested them for me turned out they didn’t work so I bought a new amp they were very helpful and really care about the customers and their audio quality and equipment, I will continue to come here for any needs this place, they are amazing

I came in from out of town and ran into a problem after my kjids broke my subwoofer volume control. I called and Zack confirmed that they had the part in stock. When I got there Freddy inspected my set up to make sure I was looking for the right part. He sold me the part and installed it in 3 minutes for me! I did not ask nor expect it, he did it because "its my job".

I was taken back by the level of proefessionalism and the amount of care that he took to make sure I was ok with what I had going on. Now I look forward to coming back to town, having him redo all of my speakers and subs in my JLU.

Anyone that can take the time to fix a problem that was not his top begin with deserves all the business I can give him.

One of my New speakers didn't sound right. I brought it back and the guys had me fixed up and out the door in less than 2 hours. They didn't try and tell me it wasn't covered with it being new and charge me for the service. Great customer service guys and my stereo sounds great again. Thanks
