Madalyn Landing, Palm Bay FL

It’s BEYOND selfish that this apartment complex now has reserved parking. Rent is already high enough as it is. Not everyone has the luxury to be able to afford this extra add on. I rarely even find enough parking space in front of my building coming from work. Who wants to deal with that after a long shift? & to think I thought there was no parking before It’s even worse. Literally every other parking space is reserved. At this point where can l or my guests even park.

Michelle, the manager was so nice to give me a tour to my family and I. The apartment appeared clean and spacious. The environment had a family feel. Pool was clean. Police on site. Unfortunately, they don't accept section 8. We would have loved to move in.

Great management staff. Always a seamless move in/out process when we help their residents.

Nice place but not even a month after moving here theres roaches everywhere in my car, which there shouldnt be when i clean my car almost everyday. Disgusting. Ive seen at least two other cars in my area that have had roaches crawing on the outside, wouldnt doubt that theyre in their cars as well.

Place has some nerve charging “market pricing” for lower income living. Parking was a joke, trash always overflowing, loud environment and sketchy employees. At least price your apartments accordingly.

Great place to live and very well managed. The landscaping and grounds are beautiful especially walking on the sidewalk around the ponds. The fitness center is top notch, and the pool is great for lap swimming. The location is also awesome if you are a runner, biker as there are sidewalks everywhere. There is also a huge bike path on the other side of Malabar that runs parallel to the ditch (keeping it safe) all the way from Minton to Heritage Parkway. The apartments are only one mile from Winn Dixie and there is a new Publix being built just 4 miles west on the Parkway and Malabar. But the best part about living here is the nice residents and diverse families all sharing the pool together on the weekends. Plenty of kids playing with each other.

I shopped around and decided on Madalyn Landing.

My time here has been so great so far! This is the first time I’ve lived in an apartment complex and it has been a 10/10 experience! Angela and Michelle have been amazing with anything we’ve needed help with! Angel the maintenance manager helped us with our maintenance issue so fast and even checked in a few days later to make sure everything was still going okay! (Which is was) Not only is the complex well kept up on and beautiful in general but the friendliness of the staff make it that much better!
