I've been going to Maddie for just over a year now and every time I'm around her or in her presence it just feels like a massage to my soul & brain. I leave her space feeling lighter, loved, & heard. The combo sessions are my favorite as we customize each session to whatever I'm feeling or need for the day and she guides each hour so fluidly and beautifully. Maddie is such a gifted soul. Working with her over the last several years has truly been an abundant and awakening journey.

Her women’s group was a transformative experience. She provided a warm and safe space that allowed seven strangers to become sisters over a course of four weeks. She guided us in dyad meditation, reiki, breath work and games that allowed us to open up about our experiences, fears, joys, and pain in such a way that helped us not only learn more about ourselves, but also helped us to form deep bonds with other likeminded individuals.

Maddie created a warm, nurturing environment where I felt safe to be myself. She radiated kindness, generosity, and unconditional love. The ladies' group was a place where I felt heard and accepted. The activities that Maddie provided cultivated a depth and closeness with the other women that I didn't know I could experience. On Saturday, 12-16-23 I joined an amazing group of like minded spirits (led by the magical Maddie Meditates) where we all rose to the occasion as we raised our vibration at RISE! I experienced two firsts of CACAO and DYAD MEDITATION; then wrapped it up with a beautiful ECSTATIC DANCE The experience was exciting, transformational and healing. I was gifted this by my one-of-a-kind crew besties, Katie! Forever grateful for Katie introducing me to Maddie and always being open to new experiences together! Always looking forward to the next Maddie moment!

I attended Maddie’s inaugural RISE event featuring a cacao ceremony, dyad meditation, and ecstatic dance. I’m going through some personal transformations at the moment so I was a little nervous about what might come up and how the changes might manifest emotionally while doing such vulnerable work. Once the event started my nerves were completely put at easy by the safe and loving space Maddie created; the cacao ceremony set the tone for open-heartedness and the dyad meditation was done with such reverence that it allowed for a really beautiful and much-needed release, and the ecstatic dance was the perfect way to shake it all out and get back into the body in the most grounding way. I’m so grateful to Maddie for the healing magic she created, to the community of courageous soul-seekers she brought together, to myself for showing up. I can't wait to continue enhancing my spiritual journey with more Maddie Meditates events.

I had the best experience with Maddie. I reached out to her with really specific goals of finding peace and being more present. Not only did she help me with those goals but she brought so much more to my life and mental well being. She is wise beyond her years, is an amazing listener and healer and has so much to share. Where do I even start? I could probably right a book on how much I love this women. I found Maddie while trying to find a Reiki session for my husband. He was struggling from a passing of a loved one. The way he described his experience, I had to see for myself. I went into my first appointment feeling down, head was fuzzy, and was confused about how and why I was feeling that way. I came out of the session feeling clear headed and focused on what I wanted/needed to do next.
How I like to explain my experience to people is, its like going to a therapist. Except, you don't have to tell Maddie how you are feeling. She tells you how you're feeling. I was hooked and started to see her monthly.
Unfortunately, I moved too far to see her regularly. So I decided to go on one of her retreats. Wow! Life changing, soul finding, love, laughter and light. I would not change that experience one bit. Everyone I meet, I talk about Maddie and give them her info. If I had all the money, I'd book an appointment for everyone in the world. Don't stop healing Maddie! We need more people like you.

Maddie is truly one of a kind, and her retreats follow suit. Maddie is the most caring host, an incredibly passionate teacher, and a loving friend. I’ve been so fortunate to join both retreats and each one gave me so many special gifts. Reflections & insights, deep friendships, time to get away from the hustle & bustle. As if nature wasn’t a cure in & of itself, combine several beautiful souls & Maddie’s guidance… such a magical experience. If I had to describe Maddie’s retreats in one word, it would be transformative. I learned so much about myself especially on things I thought I knew already. Maddie holds such a safe space for you to let go, be yourself, and tune into the loving energy you have within. After attending the Awaken Retreat, I feel myself going back to the basics. I feel more present, very intentional with my days, and empowered. I can’t wait to attend Maddie’s next retreat! I can’t recommend enough. They are MAGIC!
