This company is great. They cover everything for our property - from raising rents and finding new tenants to handling repairs and overseeing the onerous 40-year inspection process - and they successfully negotiated a new contract with our waste management/collection company to drastically reduce fees. And they always pick up the phone/respond to emails right away, which is a big plus too:)

Maddux&Co have been managing our property for four years and we have become very good friends with them, which is very rare. They are highly professional, enthusiastic and work hard. They really think from the perspective of the customers, and they manage the tenants perfectly. Not only am I satisfied with their work, but our tenants are also very satisfied. Called to inquire about grease trap size as a prospective tenant. My questioned was answered by Stephen with "Who are you with? ! " in the most confrontational tone. I answered by telling him I was interested in the restaurant space and just wanted to make sure the grease trap would be big enough. He replied in the most unnecessary arrogant and disgusting tone and said "This is a multi million dollar development. It will be more than enough for food & beverage needs". I didn't need all that. Just the size. Maybe he's insecure because the only recent news headlines is about how polluted the construction site has been. I don't know. The space was a steal but I have zero interest (of course that means nothing to them). Just stating.
