Angie our waitress was great very enthusiastic about Sunday brunch, we were there for dinner.tomatoe soup was amazing, we all ordered different meat dishes.meat had no flavor. I tasted my husband's meatloaf and my friend said hers was bland.but the side salad was amazing.so next time soup and salad

We had a great dinner tonight with Angie as our server. The potato skins were amazing and the entrees were delicious too. Bacon everywhere! We were too stuffed to try the desserts but the pecan pie sounded so good.

If I could give zero stars I would. This was at one time my favorite place to go for breakfast, however things change.

Last Sunday I walked up and asked to be served and I was told I could only go to the bar but when I went to take a seat I was told that they were closing and they were not seating guests anymore. The lady at the door explained that I had to make a reservation, (ok no problem) however some man was standing next to her acting like he had a problem with me? When I asked him if I could help him he didn’t say anything.

Today I came in, I made a reservation last night. The service was slow and my food was cold. I sent it back and canceled my drink order as well. When speaking to the woman (same person as last week at the door) she did apologize but gave excuses to why my food was cold. I honestly feel cheated. Bad and slow service with weak drinks.

I still tipped the sever thirty percent.

As a local I can honestly say there are much better places to go for breakfast than MAID without the arrogance and bad service. I really do not like giving this review to a local restaurant but unfortunately it is true.

At one time this was my favorite place to and it was for so many of my friends. I should have listened to them.

The service from Bobby was top notch, bacon was the best (and most interesting that I've had in a long time) and the benedict was wonderful. Great time overall.

Sunday brunch was awesome and it was our last meal before we left town. The Meats omelette was amazing and the chicken and french toast was well worth the carb blockers I had to take to prevent the glucose spikes. If the service had been better this should definitely be 5 stars but I sat with empty coffee for at least 5 minutes, then empty water. When the server came to the table and we had the plates stacked she left them on the table until we finished the final meal. Smile Sarah! Ask if you can clear the plates. Not sure if she's new or in the wrong profession but comparing our service to the service I saw others received, huge difference. Hopefully she was just having a bad day.

My wife and I had brunch today at MADE and I couldn't have been more disappointed. I don't know really leave bad reviews but the food was lukewarm, my wife's potatoes tasted like they were reheated from the day before, her coffee was cold. She ordered the deep South plate and the chicken was dry and it tasted like the oil was very old. The gravy was also cold and tasted terrible. The sausage however was delicious and was probably the only good part of the adult meals. We had brought our granddaughter with us and ordered from the kids menu and surprisingly her food was scaldingly hot! The one person you would have hoped got a meal on the cooler side got the absolute hottest food available. Funny thing is my wife and I ended up finishing off her meal as it was the only edible thing other than the sausage.

This place has fallen off a lot. The first couple times I had it years ago it was fantastic. But recently the food has just been off…had a poke bowl that tasted awful and made me sick, tried to give them one more chance and today my Philly cheese steak was a mess. The meat was literally just mush…it was like someone left a pot roast on way too long and then dumped it on a bun. There’s no way I would have tried to pass it off as any form of steak. They also simultaneously jacked up their prices when the food went downhill. I’ll pass from now on.

Great meal! Angi, our waitress, was wonderful; very knowledgeable and charismatic. We had the short rib, brunch burger, and fried chicken sandwich; all three impressed highly! We will be trying again soon.

Everything was good but not great. Service was fantastic. May eat here again but would likely try other places in the area first.

I love finding places like this with unique twists on traditional fair but this just missed the mark for me. The atmosphere was nice and service was fine. The food portions were fair, flavor was unique but wasn't my preference. Everything seemed to be paired with a sweet note as well which I thought was too much.

Ambiance was lovely, tots were sensational, not to mention my Nasheville hot chicken sent me to flavor town, all expenses covered. If you’re visiting or local, come give this joint a try.

It’s our second night in Sarasota from NY as we stumbled upon MADE on Main Street. Wow! What a pleasant surprise!
The food is fresh, flavorful and not heavy. The service is friendly and professional. Lovely atmosphere. We strongly recommend.

First time to Sarasota - here for a college tour - didn’t know we needed reservations and the people at Made literally made it happen for us. The hostess figured out a way to squeeze us in and our server Angie made us feel so taken care of. The food is amazing. We had the pork wings and fried green toms. Delicious. Mains were - meatloaf - amazing - and the French toast and chicken - super delicious. - love this place. Can’t wait to come back the next time we’re in Sarasota. Thank you Angie for making us feel so welcome.

This review is specifically for service. I had reservations. When my party arrived hostess took us to a table in the back room. My husband politely asked to be seated upfront as there were available tables. Hostess proceeded to move us to 1 of those tables. As we were about to sit, another employee, perhaps a manager (she did not introduce herself) came out of nowhere and snapped that she will not give us that table because other guests who may come an hour later also with reservations may want it. Word “may” was mentioned several times. She proceeded to argue with my husband how his requests is completely jeopardizing seating arrangements for the rest of the night as the restaurant has 25 other parties who may come. This lady was unapologetic, relentless and lacked any social and managerial etiquette. There were other guests all around who heard this conversation about how guests who “may” come later are more suited for the table in front of the restaurant than guests who already came. Need I say more? We left… went next door to Mediterraneo where we were accommodated without reservations at a table with white table clothes. There’s 5 of us and we’re celebrating. MADE is definitely not making $$$ on us tonight ;-)

The food here is really good. First time trying, came away very impressed. Ordered the Made Burger, one of the best in Sarasota for certain. Very tasty, properly cooked, no need for any condiments. Fries were very well done too. My gf ordered Chorizo tacos, very good too. Large portions, decently priced, nice vibe to the place too. Our server was meh, seemed like he was in another dimension, but I won't mark down for that. Excited to come back and try some of the dinner options.

We never got to eat here because we were turned away at the door for not having a reservation. It was not particularly busy, and I understand many places are understaffed right now, but to simply turn us away without any attempt at a solution was very off putting. The hostess could have let us know when the next available reservation would be, or try to find an solution, but chose instead to simply tell she couldn’t help us. I’m local and will never try this place again because of that. Very poor customer service.
