Madison At Metro West reviews
6An excellent condominium to live in. I'm an owner. Unlike those who see themselves as landlords and who are often unfair because they are dissatisfied with their landlord. Madison is great, we had a lot of problems with the administration. But…… from November 2023 Madison will be under new command. You will once again be the well-cared for, desired and valued Madison. One of the most beautiful condominium entrances in Metrowest. A beautiful pool area. Madison has everything to redeem its true value!
Great complex very nice and fun to stay in, the pool is large and the gym is nice and the units are very spacious. The location is great and close to everything!
This place is not well kept up. The management is rarely in office and doesn’t take care of issues in a timely manner. There is a roach problem. The pool has mold along the side walls. The tow truck they have assigned here is constantly towing peoples cars even if there parked in there 1 assigned spot. The charge fees for everything mailbox, gate key, sticker for your car etc. Unless this place improves, I wouldn’t recommend it
If you are thinking of moving here, please don't, I promise you will waste your time and patience. Only 1 parking per apartment and 2000 dollars two rooms, people stealing packages and misfit people, bad service from the managers and poor security, I ordered three packages a day ago and someone stole them, 0 stars Madison, not worth it.
Todays date is 12/19/22. I am a current resident. 1st, the property management/HOA, is here to rip you off at every turn by charging you ridiculous prices for gate keys, mailbox keys, etc. And because the condos are privately owned, they can’t help you with anything other than towing a car out of your “1” assigned parking spot.
I keep a very clean home and I spend most of my nights spraying pesticides and killing roaches. The HOA has a pest control contract but you have to call the company, pay $150 for them to pay your home a visit.
The realtor who manages my particular unit could care less about any issues I have with the condo.
I live in a building where most of the neighbors are quiet, so I’m definitely thankful for that.
