The only and most important thing about getting a color is to leave happy. The service and personnel was great! However, I was left to clean my own stains from the color and it was a lot. Unfortunately, I was not very pleased since it was my first concern and I was told it will be ok. It was definitely not OK. Sorry but you must try harder to pay attention to details: (

They assumed that the color I wanted was the one I purchased online. They didn’t even discuss anything with me. A guy just started coloring my hair without asking. I was not told that I had to ask for a blow dry in advance. I asked and they said it wasn’t available. I would’ve liked a professional color consultation that addressed color, highlights, recommended hair products, etc. I was willing to spend more.

I got my roots and a few highlights done here since my regular stylist was traveling. At first it looked ok but when I got home and looked closer (in better lighting) the color did not appear to have penetrated my roots enough and you could barely see the highlights they did. (I already had some blonde highlights before going in but the few they did were reddish, not pretty and barely noticeable.) I got it done on a Tuesday and its now Saturday of the same week. And only ONE hairwash and roots are already completely faded and I'm seeing gray come through. In less than a week!
Its the worst quality color and its not cheap so this is so unacceptable. I will never use this service again, the product is terrible.

Everyone there are very friendly, helpful and professional. Excellent service. The store is very clean and well kept.

My appointment is never delayed. The staff is remarkable and professionally calm and welcoming.the salon is clean and I have been pleased with every appointment.

Everyone there was very nice & professional, however my hair looks horrendous. I asked for caramel honey highlights (not balayage). I got orange & yellow blotches all over my head. I have had highlights before and even when the color has been slightly off never had this terrible a result. The "highlights" do not start at the top of my head, they start at least 1 inch from my scalp and some start half way through sections of hair (so half the strand is dark brown and the other half is orange/yellow). For $180 (the total I paid including tip & some toner that was recommended by the stylist to "maintain" the color which I am now terrified to use). I tried calling the store multiple times this morning and there was no answer. I got through to their corporate line, told them what happened & they said someone would call me back. It's almost end of business today and have yet to hear from them. At this point I just want my money back as I am afraid my hair will be further damaged with whatever they recommend.

I had my roots done here and didn't realize until I got home that my roots came out black. I specifically told the colorist that I wanted to make sure the color matched and not to go too dark as my hair is medium brown. Not sure if they left the color on too long (as it seemed I was there forever and had to ask if it was time to wash). Very little communication with me, the person who did my color finished, didn't tell me how long I would have to wait, did someone else's color and then left for the day. I finally went to the front to find out when they would rinse my hair. I am so upset that I paid to have my hair color ruined and now have to go somewhere else to fix it as it looks ridiculous with 2 different colors. If I knew it would come out 2 colors I would have left the grey instead of having black for the roots.: (

Im so upset right now! My sister just got her hair done at the PP location. I recommended she try the MR services. Not only did it take over 2.5 hours to get her roots done a simple blow out, she just had to go home and wash her hair and blow it out at home. The only thing she did tell me is that the color was good. But no one should pay over $120 to look like this! We understand that staff shortage happens, but once you sit in a chair there is no excuse for shotty work. Again, the color was fine since it was for roots and overall one color. But women want to leave feeling beautiful with their hair. My sister does her hair every month, she understands how her hair works, and reading about MR for coloring, she wanted to try it and support local business. NEVER AGAIN! I hope this is a learning experience for management and staff, as it is for us. Sorry, I expected better. I was about to make my own appointment, but not anymore.

I absolutely love this location! Going to this salon is truly a highlight of my day! Everyone is so sweet and attentive especially Jeanelle, with her sweet personality! I love Madison Reed products, too! I always purchase their shampoo/conditioner and request the hydration pro-boost at every visit! Love love love this salon!

I scheduled an appointment to get bayalage about a week ago online. I confirmed my appt twice via text messages that came in, and a couple of hours before my appt I received a text message saying that my appt was cancelled. No explanation, they could not even be bothered to call me and apologize. I called them to see why my appt was cancelled and the woman on the phone said the notes said someone had tried to contact me - but noone ever tried to contact me, that was not the truth. If they had tried to contact me, why wouldn't they leave a message? This place takes your credit card in advance to charge you if you cancel within 24 hours, but the respect of time is not mutual. I moved around my meetings to make this appointment, and as a woman with curly hair - had to set aside time to blow dry my hair before the appt in preparation for the color. The woman on the phone said someone would call me soon to see if they could squeeze me in tomorrow. That was 5 hours ago at this point, and to no surprise, noone called me. I understand that things happen that are out of our control, but the way you handle it speaks volumes about your integrity. This location thought that a simple text saying, "your appt has been cancelled" was sufficient in dealing with a customer who already put a credit card on file and confirmed it twice. And when I was told I would receive a phone call, that call never came. This is not how you treat customers and this is not how you run a business. This is client services 101. Do better.

I loved MadisonReed! Very professional. I did my hair with Jessica Lopez! She was so amazing! Felt like I new her for a long time. My hair turned out so beautiful. I loved it.

Made an appointment online days before. I even wrote my hair color and the highlight color I wanted. I was expecting them to be ready for me. When I got to the salon I was told they could not color my hair light enough with their products. I told them they could have informed me before I drove there. What is the point of writing in the notes section exactly what you want if no one is going to read it.

I am very happy with the concept of Madison Reed, having a place to do my roof as many times as need it is great! But what I was not please was with the service at the Pembroke Pines location. (I have being at both locations in South Florida) Here at Pines my only two times there, the assistant manager is always in a rush and he treated me as a non paying customer. On the other hand I had to said Jessica who washed and blow dry my hair was nice and polite.
I hope I don't have to go through this again with this assistant manager at this location since is closer to my home.

A+ SURPASSED all my expectations. Jessica & Jessie were truly amazing. The color applied was exactly what I wanted, the wash and blow dry was exceptional. I definitely plan on coming back.

I absolutely LOVE my new hair! Jesse did an amazing job with my balayage ️️️ He was super sweet and nice and I will definitely be coming back again for my roots in a few months. My hair feels super hydrated, soft and shiny! LOVE Madison Reed products! Thank you again for everything Jesse!

I normally dye my hair at home but have been wanting to try this brand so thought I’d best go in person first. The experience was so much better than I thought and I highly recommend! Everyone was super friendly, professional and my hair turned out gorgeously! The exact shade I wanted. Plus the atmosphere—very just chill and relaxing. I think I might continue having it done in studio instead of at home.
