Great cheap store. A little cheesy but there are good finds you can combine with your own taste and clothes on your closet.

Came to visit from out of town and they have a nice selection of clothes. Just don't like how rude the sales team was.awesome sales but work on customer service

THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE RECIVED! I was one of TWO customers looking for shoes, not even clothes. I ask assistance to look for a left shoe of one of the showcased shoes and none of three employees from beind the counter moved. I then proceeded to request for them to call another store to check if perhaps I could find the pair I liked else where. The girl behind the counter looked straight in my eye and let out a huge sigh, as if I was bothering her in some way. I turned and left, atbthis point I no longer wanted any of their assistance.

Terrible customer service. All Cubans and the lady doesn’t honor the price on the tag. Never going to this store. Mind you I have a gift card from madrag now I definitely not a loyal customer.

Worst customer service ever waited for ever at the register and any of the associates came to assist. Went to the office and spoke to the manager and she told me she couldn’t assist me because the cashier was helping someone else. Helping someone meant talking to family members about Cuba. I left without my items so disappointing.

We went to five clothing stores for juniors and this is the only one that had a friendly and helpful associate. She has dark red hair and actually attended to us. I have to say, it is sad that nobody from the other locations cared and all the associates had an attitude. Note to store associates, be helpful and courteous to your customers to win them over and ensure their business.

The employees are rude, don't help at all and don't even say thank you. Worst customer experience!
