2nd time we went there. Same as the 1st.
Wife ordered Cod, it was obviously steamed & than a pesto with spinach was ladled over it.
Daughter ordered Manicotti also looked steamed, the 2 manicotti came out as flat as a pancake. It looked like it was microwaved. The sauce was very tart as tho it was uncooked & than some tomato paste was added as an afterthought.
Son in law ordered ravioli, had the same acidy sauce.

My name is Irish but I grew up in a Sicilian household. My wife is Napolitano. None of this reminded us of anything made in an Italian kitchen.

Food needs help. The floor staff was Great.

So disappointed in our dining experience. We came in on a Wednesday night for my mom's birthday and from the start our waiter was sarcastic and rude. The bruschetta we ordered was not good at all and our pastas were cold. The fettuccini was very dry and had barely any sauce, so we requested a side of some and it took 10 min to receive it. By then, we ordered boxes to take our stuff to go.

They also have a special where if you order a pasta to go with your entree it's $5. The pastas we were ordered were practically frozen so we asked our waiter how to heat them and he said "seriously? Mam, just heat it however much you want. " In a super rude tone that was totally unnecessary.

We requested the check and I didn't see him put it on the table so when I asked for it again he gave me a super dirty look and pointed at it.

Unfortunately the majority of the bad experience is attributed to the service, however I personally do not think the food was good enough to justify returning.

My husband and I ate here while on vacation. This is this by far the best Italian food we had in a long time! The smell as was walk in is incredible. I knew right away the food was going to be amazing!
I can’t stop thing about the fried zucchini, it was delicious! You have to try the mojitos too! Please ask for Taylor he is was great. He gave us good suggestions and enough time to enjoy a adult night out without feeling rushed.
Please consider opening one in Hilton Head SC.
We absolutely need this!

I have been to this chain restaurant over the last 20 years in different cities and they never failed to please my palette. The portions are fairly large as I am never able to finish my plate and are priced correctly. The ambiance is loud, and tables are crammed making this an excellent family restaurant, although the booths do allow for an more intimate setting if you are on a date or special evening with your loved one.

This place is phenomenal, the service, the food, easily the BEST place I have been to in my 22 years of existence

My wife and I had an early dinner here today - excellent! Daniel was professional and very helpful.recommend you ask to be seated at his station when you visit. Pre dinner drinks were strong and tasty.big thank you to the bartender working when we visited! Dinner was exceptional! Recommend you make reservations.no wait.

Great fresh food with balanced flavours! We ordered the sampler plate in appetizer and were happy with all 4 items provided. The stuffed mushrooms were my favourite. The Rigatoni was amazing with delightfully flavoured baby portabellas, creamy sauce and tender chicken. Chicken parmesan was pretty good as well.

Horrible service! From the moment you enter instead of getting a warm welcome you get a rude response from the person seating the guest! She had such an attitude towards everyone asking for their table. We made a reservation for 10! We were there to celebrate two birthdays! Waiter was very friendly; however, our order was all messed up! Three ppl received the wrong item even though we were told everything is made from scratch and we can customize as we liked! One person never got their order but yet was charged for the entire meal on the bill. And to top it off our friends wristlet was stollen right off her chair and they have no sort of survelliance cameras! What kind of security is that? ! When we asked to call the cops and said she couldn’t pay anymore for her meal instead of helping her and make situation a little better the manager rudley responded “well your friends can cover you! ” Poor thing had lost her car key, license, credit card, and cash! And this is how she was treated! Would not reccomend coming here again! There are many places that serve same food and less pricey! Nothing phenomenol about them! Sauces were all the same no matter what they named them, they all taste like vodka sauce!

Absolutely great service, we had a group of over 10 people and the food still arrived in a timely fashion. Would 10/10 recommend

We had a reservation that they honored by seating us within 10 mins of arriving.service wasn't what we had hoped. But the food was wonderful. The dishes were thoughtfully plated. The flavors were "melt in my mouth". The portions were big enough for a great lunch the next day.

It is best itallian food restaurant with excellent stall and quality & test matches each requirement the food is cooked up to mark the price is also very reasonable

Let's start with we had a reservation for 8pm, the manager told me we had to make sure 11 of our 15 guest had to be there before we could be seat when we confirmed (which no one notated that we did), they told us we could set up 30 minutes in advance, did not happen, had to have our guest help set up, and we asked for outside seating and the rude woman (manager) said we don't do outside (then why have the settings out there) 2nd the last guest that arrived got his food first (what!). 3rd, I had the chicken picata and it was bland. 4th, And for a restaurant that is suppose to be of elegance, what the heck is up with the cheap looking picnic table clothes? ! I was embarrassed for them. Lastly: They got a 2 because our servers were to me the only good experience there.

Beware thieves inside the restaurant! Not kidding! Worst management ever! Unprofessional and Rude manager! PLEASE AVOID THIS PLACE!
My cousin’s wristlet got stolen from inside the restaurant from our table. Her car keys, credit cards, driver’s license everything was inside the purse. After complaining like 10 times Manager came and she gave the worst reply. No help front them and she is like we cannot do anything. No CCTV cameras around. We told her to call cops and she never called one. They even missed instructions and did not bring everything from our order. They even charged food items which was not ordered. Please don’t visit this place. In case if you have to go there. Take care of your belongings since no one will help you there.

We hosted a wedding of 30 people here. The staff, service and food were far above expectation. Absolutely the best restaurant I've been to. Thanks everyone for a great night!
