Maggiano's Little Italy reviews
19I got food poisoning from eating here and they don’t wanted to even except there part in giving food poisoning no apology no refund just all the physical things that happened when you get food poisoning
This is one of my favorite place to eat. Tiramisu was excellent. I loved all the dishes and we will definitely go there again.
As a longtime patron of this particular Maggiano’s, I’ve raved and brought my large family and my friends to have amazing food here as it is my all time favorite restaurant. Over the past decade, I’ve come to this restaurant for my birthday at least 8 times. I *always* have the chicken Francese. Today, however, after a long unfortunate year, my family made a special plan to bring me here and of course I ordered my favorite meal. I was told my our lovely waitress that the meal had changed (arugula for asparagus) which itself was disappointing but fine. Let’s try it! When my plate arrived, I wasn’t sure what I was looking at as my usual lovely chicken was now a breaded mess and the red potatoes were now russet. I asked (like usual) for extra lemon butter sauce that’s used in the platter and was given a watery, lemon…. I don’t know what it was, but it wasn’t even savory. I tried to eat it but this meal WAS NOT the chicken francese at all. And I understand with inflation, prices must be raised, but why destroy my favorite dish? ! I will gladly pay more to get the original meal that I’ve come to love for years! But until this happens, I cannot bring myself to even step inside again out of fear of what other dishes have had corners cut and taste lost in the process. PLEASE fix this!
The food was okay sadly me and my whole group that went got super sick the next day butttt I will say they have amazing service & waitresses. We felt very comfortable and the drinks were fabulous! I recommend the peach Bellini & crème brûlée ;)
Our waiter Stephen was Fantastic! The background music was so loud we had to ask for it to be turned down. The Medallion steaks were tasteless. They covered the meat with a balsamic cream sauce that did nothing for the absence of flavor. The Italian salad & Iceberg wedge were good & fresh. A family with 3 young children allowed their youngest to run around, squealing & screeching every few minutes. It was very disruptive & annoying. It was hard at times to talk at our table due to the out of control child's loud voice. The parents tried a couple of times to calm the child, but with no success. Management should have written off their bill & asked them to stop the child's loud disruptive behavior or leave the restaurant. We will not go back. If you are wanting a good peaceful meal. Don't go to Maggiano's. Also, parking is always a mess when going to Town Center.
The food was OMG I think we're done with Carrabba's.and definitely Olive Garden.

I still like Maggiano's. Scott was our server today. He was nice. I brought my daughter here to celebrate her 25th birthday. As long as she was happy, I'm happy (even though I wasn't impressed by my Chicken Alfredo meal) The temperature of my food was near cold but that could've been because the restaurant thermostat was set to Alaska
My husband and I went on a spontaneous date night dinner to Maggianos at Jacksonville Town Center tonight. We waited maybe 30 minutes max for our table and had the most amazing waiter, Cody. Seriously, if you go ask to sit in his section because he's so awesome and attentive. We got the $50 meal for two and we both had a Ceasars salad to start. It was yummy! My husband had lasagna and I chose the baked ziti with sausage. Oh my God it was so very good! Cody suggested the butter cake for dessert, which was basically a fancy strawberry shortcake. The best strawberry shortcake I think I've ever had! My husband had a decaf coffee and I had a cappuccino, complete with a Cinnamon dusted heart. Our dinner was phenomenal but the service was out of this world amazing and Cody needs a raise! My absolute only complaint is that it was so cold in there we thought we were in the Arctic. Totally worth it though!
The food was excellent and service is exceptional I would go back to this place again.
So I don’t like anyone’s pasta and sauce but the one I make. I make the best sauce this side of Rome. Maggiano’s however, changed my mind! The sauce is thisclose to bring as good as mine! The bread they serve with oil and Balsamic vinegar is delicious and a nice start to the meal. The pasta selection is excellent but they offer other dishes including steak and chicken. They have an Ossobuco I want to try as it’s suppose to be the specialty of the house. This time I had the chicken Marsala. My wife had the steak. The chicken Marsala was moist, not too thick and perfectly prepared. My wife’s steak was cook perfectly. We both loved our meals and had plenary to take home.
The other thing we love is the take out menu. You can get any entree for two for $6! Is that great or what? Our bill was over $100 but that because we bought 6 take out meals. Without the take out our two meals would be under $60!
My wife and I love this place and we’ll come back when we’re in the area.
This place gets 4 well deserved Chef Hats.
We had a side banquet rood for travel club. Service was awesome.team moved fast and kept used setting out of site. Good wine selection for event.
Good place. The service was good, but some minor mistakes were not corrected on time. Overall recommended, will visit again,
Visited Maggiano’s Little Italy for the first time! I am impressed! Food was very tasty and the appetizers were Devine! Waitress was very attentive to our table and checked with us more than five times to make sure we were ok. I will definitely visit this restaurant again and will have their dessert as well.:). Thank You.
The food & prices were just right. Everything came out in a timely manner & our waitress, Peyton or Payton was new but you couldn't tell. Her service was very spot on & she wasn't overbearing. We had a great time & the drinks were amazing as well! Our food was seasoned nicely & the presentation was lovely. We will be back!
I absolutely LOVED our experience here. The waiter Earl's customer service was exquisite! I look forward to our next visit.
We don’t use provolone on our parmigiana dishes we only eat mozzarella why are they using provolone yuck
My server Kayleigh (not sure how to spell it unfortunately) was AMAZING! She checked up on us multiple times and was very friendly. She was very diligent making sure we were okay the entire portion of our meal, making conversation and giving us an overall pleasant experience! I usually don’t like feeling like a burden by asking for things when I am out but she made me feel so comfortable asking questions while speaking with her. Definitely a favorite! The other servers also helped and were all pleasant as well. Kayleigh definitely deserves a round of applause for her amazing service skills!
It’s a convenient location. You can put your name on the waitlist then go look at shops, fish, and turtles while you wait.
I’ve been here three times and each time it has been a great experience. If you’re looking for Italian and shopping I suggest you go here.
Thank you Maggiano’s for hosting the most memorial and joyful 80th birthday celebration for my mother! Family and guests had a wonderful experience!
An excellent Italian Restaurant. Great food, generous portions, great Waitstaff. It can get a little noisy, but a great place in every other respect.
