Thanksgiving day was but idea, after paid $35 I got dirty windows, dirty dash and my car smell a stinky vacuum was pass over

Horrible service. Please save your self some time. The employee damaged my car and I had to get it towed away. They were not helpful, not understanding, instead he was upset that I asked for the name of the manager/owner. Anyone with an establishment and an incident happens will go out of their way to aid to the customer. NOPE! Not here. I’m a women, I was alone and they decided to take advantage of that. They were super rude, not helpful and attempted to intimidate me. Even a situation happened that I had to call the 911 because AN EMPLOYEE was threading another person saying “ I am going to come out shooting” right in front of me.
Plus having to deal with the horrific situation, I had to fear for my life in this establishment. No apology. Nothing.
Save your money. It’s not worth it here.

Im sad because I really wanted to give this place 5 stars. I came here today for my first time and they did a great job but i left a ring in my car while they vacuumed and i saw one of the guys see it, throw it to the trunk and then another guy take it. I didn’t confront him because I’m a woman and I’d rather just avoid situations like this. The ring was my moms so it’s sucks but just be careful not leaving anything valuable.

A very efficient, super fast service has variations of services they do other jobs apart from regular washing everything so that your car is in perfect condition I loved the place I highly recommend them especially for the quality of work

I come here every week or so and they leave my car SPOTLESS inside and out.

Excellent service, my car was super clean, and they offer other services apart from washing such as Window Tint, and waxes to shine the cars great.

They wash and dry alittle too fast and miss alot of spots. I had to tell them to wash the rood of my truck to remove bird droppings. The girl at the front dealing with customers doesn't speak English. Even told me "Why can't you speak Spanish" (Pretty Rude). But overall they do a good job.

Bad service, the previous visit they waxed my car when I got home, I had to retouch all car again.
This week, I went again to wash the car again: even though there are three prices in list, the lady in charge starts with the medium price … and up, so they make fool of clients, already at the beginning.
This time the car had to come back from the interior cleaning station to the washer lines …. The roof was full of detergent. Why? Because the want to do 5 cars in one minute. Ergo, they do not care about service … just pay and go.
My perception is this business only want to get your money; they do not care about clients.
It is really a pity, because facilities are good, but it is evident that the owners do not know how to run decently or their ignorance led them to think they will make profit no matter what, and clients will come back even after a poor job work …. Frankly unacceptable.

They have no idea how to wax a car. They charge you $60 for a 5 minute hand wax. The supervisor applies the wax without rubbing and a lady buffs it off immediately after him. They have no clue what rubbing and buffing is. I'm not exaggerating when I said it took 5 minutes. Don't loose your money.

Went there for a car wash and they asked me if I wanted the truck wax so i said yes 75.00+tip
When I got my truck they had wax in top of some places that was not even clean what a disaster rims were not clean fully and one of the automatic floors boards were not even cleaned
They need mayor help and will not return

They increase the price fine perfect.they not even open my trunk to vacuum.i had to stop by a gas station to finish my car.the sand in my car was all over pet hair in the corners.that was my last time.and i have been going there like for 2/3 years.
