Magic Hands Car Wash & Luxury Detailer, Miami FL

Wish I had known about the price increase before they started washing my truck. Their credit card machine wasn't working so the started washing the truck before I paid. My husband and I were weekly customers. We used to pay $17 then it went up to $27. I found it reasonable since we each drive F250's. Now today they tell me it's $35 and this is just for exterior which is never perfect. Many times dirt is left behind but I never complained because it was a quick in and out. Sadly for $70 almost weekly between us both it is no longer worth us going.

BEWARE! Just raised prices by an absurd 30%! Exterior-only wash was $25 and now it’s $32, absurd price increases!

No comment on their cleaning but please stop blasting loud music in the residential area across Bird Av. Music starts early in the morning before 8am and doesn't stop all day.

The team here always does such a phenomenal job. They get into every nook and cranny of your car and clean it up. They work diligently and quickly. AND THIS IS JUST ON THEIR BASIC car wash. It like getting it detailed. I highly recommend, 12/10. Yes, you can go to a drive thru wash yourself for cheaper, but you won’t come even close to the attention to detail the team here gives you. This is hands down the best car wash in Miami.

Side note, I saw something here about a potential dog washing.

Friendly service, they didn't even flinch at how dirty my car was when they first saw it. Waiting area on point, final results, the car is brand new. These guys put on a lot of hard work and do it with passion. There is only one reason why this review is missing its deserving 5th star, I had to wait over an hour more than the time that was allocated at the time I gave my keys to Christopher. I would have waited even longer with no issue or complain, as long as I was given that time from the beginning. It's always best to tell your customer/client a longer wait time and surprise them with a shorter one than vice-versa. Towards the end, everyone was very much genuinely invested in ensuring that I was taken care of as soon as possible, and I appreciate that enough to give the 4 stars.

Magic Hands is the best car wash, interior cleaning shop in Miami.
It is not inexpensive, but the quality and care that they show makes a trip there a real bargain. Top notch all around!

Quick car wash. Takes about 30 to 45 min. They do a good job but miss some small details here and there but that's just me being picky.

Third time in a row comes out dirty. If you offer an outside only wash at $15 it should still be good. Guys argued with me that they cleaned it

People were nice and the car wash was quick but $75 and my truck is still pretty dirty inside and out. I don't even know what to say.

Unfortunately the 5 stars that i used to have for this place disappear with my last experience on october 3rd at 9am, I paid for the supreme service that includes “ un agüita con waxito” in the own words of one of the employees, after finish the job and when I was far from this place, I realized that they forgot to shine part of the hood, I came back today asking to clean that and after 20 or 30 minutes and one attemp to clean it, the “manager” or the supervisor said that they can’t fixed the patch in my new car, and to closed this very bad moment, the “manager” an Spanish lady told me do whatever you want because I told them that I will post a bad review, finally I have to leave saying “thank you for damage my new car”. Conclusion: bad service + terrible customer service + very bad attitude of the manager/supervisor (spanish lady) and from the “25 years of experience “ guy… My advice: dont go there and check the reviews, now I see why they have 3,5 stars…… I’ll update after can fix the problem in another place.

It wasn’t a bad service, it was a mistake made by one of the vacuum area, (it could happened to anyone), this person can’t find how to open the trunk of my car, so pull up the hood several times, I guess, the wire brakes, now I have a open hood and a very clean car… the manager came and just said he will talk with the people who do it to avoid it in the future!? He never offer a solution. I don’t have time to deal with this kind of bad service. I will fix it by my self. Of course, Never come back!

I'm writing this review after my 5th visit to this place and after having tried other nearby car wash. I can only say thank you for all the hard work all your people do to wash my cars.
They pay attention to detail and leave your vehicle spotless. The pictures below show the before/after from the job they did on my Jeep after a weekend off-roading. I can tell you the car looked as if had been taken straight from the dealership.
Kudos to all of you folks!

Paid $250 for a full detail. I try to let them make it right instead of me leaving a bad review. They still haven’t reach back out to me. My advice to you is good quality work ain’t cheap. Lesson learned!
