I love the vibes and customer service in this salon. The techs are very friendly. I love Kelly she always goes beyond my expectations. She is really a master of her craft. Every visit is enjoyable and welcoming.

Yulelsy did an amazing job! I was a walk-in for a manicure and pedicure. She was able to fit me in fast. As well as add several Extras, including paraffin for my hands!

I’ve been coming to magic nails for about a year now since there were the two guys working in the front. I had my first experience with Kelley doing my nails about 6-7 months ago. She does such an amazing job and always executes whatever design I show her. The last 3x that I’ve scheduled my appointment for a fill and a design, I always leave with just a simple gel polish because I feel as though I’m being rushed because of other clientele that was scheduled behind me or walking in. It takes me a minute to decide the design I want and for her to understand because this is not my industry and I do not know the correct nail terminology. So even when I book my appointments I always ask to please schedule me where there is enough gap period in between. Today I felt the same. As Kelley was filing my nails she kept looking up towards the door & checking her watch. As I was explaining what type of design I wanted, I paused and asked her if she had time or was she in a rush because I would have just settled for my normal simple pink gel set. She explained to me that she always looking up and around just keeping an eye because it’s her shop. After she finished my set and I was paying, her husband says that I made her feel uncomfortable because I’m always asking if she has time or in a rush. His exact words were the last “few” times. I told him that Kelly had already explained to me the situation and he should not be addressing me or making me feel uncomfortable. He said if I feel uncomfortable there are plenty of other nail salons in the area. As a woman I felt helpless, I felt as though he was speaking to me in a demeaning way and this is unacceptable. He was out of line even after I told him that Kelley had already explained to me that she’s not rushing me, he continued to harass me about the situation. I will not recommend this nail salon to anyone. He was extremely unprofessional. Owning my own business here in Ocala, I go above and beyond to make my clients feel comfortable and will never allow this.

We (my daughter and I) recently moved here from CA and we were in search of a very high tech nail shop and we found Magic Nails. We always get
amazing service from start to finish. Hileah, Kelly and the pedicure team are

I've been coming here for months. The customer service is the best I have had in a long time. I'm constantly complemented on my nails and how pretty they are. It's hard to have nice nails working in a warehouse, they are amazing!

This was my first time here as I recently started work here. What look like a little hole in the wall (which are usually my favorite kind) is a beautiful salon, with the most amazing staff. I was greeted promptly and sat with Halia. So kind and warm. I told her exactly what I wanted and she exceeded! Even with just a simple color. I will definitely be back.

First time here! And absolutely loved it! Was having a hard time finding good places to get my nails done and finally found this place! Very clean and amazing staff. Would highly recommend.

Halia does amazing work! I just show her a picture and she does it perfectly! Been coming here for a few years and I am always satisfied.

I had been going to this place for YEARS faithfully. All the time. I'd tip 25% every single time. One day I went and got a pink to white ombre. They charged me $70. I sat down with Kelly two weeks later for a fill and she wanted to charge me $90! For a fill of the exact same thing! She didn't even add white, literally just pink. Needless to say, she and the other owner are incredibly greedy. She's not even good. Haliah is but Kelly is trash. Literally messed up the set that Haliah did for me and then wanted to charge me more. Absolutely did not tip and I will NEVER go back after many years of being a faithful customer. Kayla and her husband need to come back. Kelly is going to run Haliah into the ground.

Nails are great, but they charged $90 for regular powder acrylic with a chrome top coat. Most I have ever paid for something that is very simple.

Love the atmosphere! Very friendly environment up to date with designs nails tips style and more…. Nd price was just right!

I have been using this nail shop for a few years now. When I first, visited this shop it was owned and operated by Kayla and her husband Jayden. It was nice, clean, professional and welcoming.
Well a little over a year now, the new owner Haliah, and co-owner Kelly has taken over. They both are very unprofessional, rude and messy. I had a 5 pm appointment for a fill and pedicure, quite naturally my pedicure was first. After my pedicure was done, I sat in Haliah chair for my fill. She was busy doing something else, so I got up to use the restroom and sat back down for maybe 10 minutes as I noticed that she had started doing another clients nail. I asked, I am suppose to wait while you do her nails and this lady responds while rolling her neck, I waited for you to use the restroom. I was furious……. Because this was not the first time I‘ve felt like my money or time wasn’t valued at this place. The prices are different for everyone, now it’s no appointments supposedly but you made an exception because I am a regular and didn’t honor it.
Needless to say my response wasn’t pretty and no more of my money our time will be spent at Magic Nails, the level of professionalism has gone from a 10 to a 5 if that.

If I could rate lower I would. I feel like they just pull prices out of their hat. They originally told me one price and then when I went to check out they told me a different price. Poor customer service skills. Then the receptionist had the audacity to ask if I wanted to leave a tip. The person sitting right next to me was quoted the same price as me but had 6 inch nails, acrylic, and had an ambre design done. How does that make sense? And they try to tell me they charge by the length of the nail. Mine was just gel polish. No manicure and says $70 at check out. Pic for reference.

The prices were outrageous. They had no heart at all when we called back to better understand why the price was so much. Nowhere around Ocala charges as much as they do. The prices did not even make sense. $110 for a full set with French. That’s not with a tip either. They did not communicate how much it was gonna be till after it was almost finished. I called for them to make it right and they did not care at all. Horrible customer service and I will be calling the better business bureau on them for not doing anything to fix this issue. I wish I could leave zero stars. Do not recommend.

I’ve been coming here since 2018 but the last two times were not the greatest.
One man that worked there doing my nails was trying to flirt with me. Once he asked if I had a boyfriend and I said yes, my nails started looking horrible and rushed. I tried giving benefit of the doubt in going back for full set and pedicure in hope he wasn’t working.

The second time I went, the lady who did my pedicure skipped the step of taking off the dead skin off the heel of my foot, she put the wrong color (I was in a time frame and had to deal with the color) and she huffed and puffed like she didn’t want to work.
Getting my nails done I was quoted $75 which I expected but didn’t expect the total to be $140 for messed up medium ombré nails, wrong color and my feet feeling rough. I’m heavily disappointed and officially done with this mail salon.

I went yesterday and I had Lulu, and I was very happy with the pedicure they gave me. Lulu is very nice and her work is great. I recommend that salon and lulu.

Donny was disgusting he yelled at me very disrespectful because my nails were lifting the next day and by the next week they all were lifting so I wanted someone else to do them he got angry and yelled I was disrespectful for pointing at him while I was explaining what happened no one intervene they allowed him to yell and be nasty to me after paying 80$ a week ago and having to pay 40 to fix them khala was very nice not sure if I’d be back that’s way too much money to be treated like that
