Magic Nails, Lehigh Acres FL

Went in, one person waiting. Lady asked what I needed, told her eyebrow waxing- she yelled something to somebody in the back. Was left waiting for 10-15 min without even telling me how long it would be or if somebody was coming out- nothing at all. I walked out and will never be back.

I got a pedicure here and wanted a soak off and she acted as if it would have been to difficult to do so I told her to just do whatever is easier so she gave me a fill and looked horrible. They used to have good people now they have the mediocre new people. I was better off driving to Naples to get a simple pedicure. NEVER COMING HERE AGAIN!

This Saturday I went to get a Refill and today Wednesday my nails are coming off ‍️ first time with the lady and last time now I have to fix my hole set

They used to be good. 2 days ago I walk in to see a sign stating, " Sit down, we will greet you when we can. They were busy but nobody said a word or looked my way for 35 minutes. When someone finally asked what I wanted, I showed a broken natural nail. I was told, can't fix, cut it off. I left.

Every nail tech has been great! They ate clean and sanitary and you get in and out quickly even if they are busy without sacrificing quality work.

I absolutely love this place and the people! Never a disappointment, quality work, and great prices! Definitely recommend them!

Absolutely loved. First time coming here and they did my nails and feet so good and it was affordable. This will definitely be my new spot to get my nails done at.

I usually go to a different nail shop. I decided to try this out and have a ladies/daughter day. I have found my go to salon. The nail techs are awesome and so funny. I got my first pedi ever and I enjoyed it and my technician was amazing he had me and my sister in law laughing the while time. Highly recommend this salon. 10

Had to have nails removed for surgery. They got me in and out in 1/2 hour. Sure did appreciate it

Good prices and products. My nails are always done well. They last quite a while, and I work a lot with my hands. Very clean and sanitized salon. Masks required. I just got a great brow waxing there also.

They dont do their job professional! They work so fast since they are full but they end up messing your nails. I lost my whole nail because they did it so thick! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME.

I’ve been going here ever since my mom took me there. She has been getting her nails done there for 14 years and they never disappoint. Last time I got my nails done they were by Peter and he is hilarious. When I didn’t like something he fixed it without complaining. Linda and rose are always so sweet and caring and very good artists. They put time and effort into their customers.

If I could give 0 stars I would. The customer service here is horrible. The bald guy (whom ever he is) has no bedside manner. If he's the owner, he needs to go and take a customer service/business course. You walk in, no greeting, no smile, very dry and rude. As a business woman myself, my job is to make my clients/customer feel comfortable and respected, something this man obviously knows nothing about.

When you get that nail salon they ask you to clean your hands with hand sanitizer and that's good.but my question is why they don't clean their hands too when they going to do your nails in my opinion They need to sanitize they Hand before I start work ‍️

I love my nails. This picture is after a week of working and unloading my truck at work. Didn't even break a nail.
