Do not go to this place! Their drinks are not good and if you don’t like them you have no choice you have to pay and you have to drink it because they will not refund or exchange their bad drinks.

Had the Macha Boba tea with Blueberry popping bobas and it was amazing! The Macha flavour was perfectly balanced and the popping bobas were just delicious inside the mouth!
Absolutely loved the tea! Must visit and try one.

I got the Vietnamese Coffee with Brown Sugar Bobas and it was delicious! The Bobas were cooked just right and I would choose this over Starbucks any day.

The emperor drink was great! Staff was very patient and friendly. Food tasted great. It was too pricey though, I probably won't be back too often.

This is the best boba in Orlando! I went to their mall location not so long ago and was highly satisfied. I met the best person ever, Jackie! She was very helpful and recommended me the best drink ever, the midnight passion! Definitely recommend for this hot hot hot weather

Starting with the staff, they were quite helpful with choosing the drinks and they were also patient and understanding as it was my first time there. The drink were good it felt like it was at a good sweetness level and the buns tasted great

It was my first time trying boba and im so glad i got it from this place, the service was amazing and super welcoming, everyone was super sweet, the drink was perfect, definitely a 10/10

I always come here on my breaks during work. Good Boba, nice staff, good sides. I always get the chocolate milk tea with honey Boba and a pork bun. Highly recommend for anyone with a sweet tooth.

The cashier was rude and tried to sell those drinks in the eggs which are nasty af. It was quite annoying the drinks were way to sweet and the bobba was under cooked

Boba tasted okay. Paid $9+tip for a milk tea boba and for the person behind the counter to be rude. Not going there again

My drink was really good and the place it’s decorated well. However, make sure if you’re a new customer you know exactly what you want to order. Don’t expect any assistance with the menu options because the cashier was not helpful and actually quite rude.

I ordered a fruit smoothie based on orange juice. Luckily we noticed that they added something milky inside and when we asked it turns out that they add condensed milk to the smoothie. We told them that I could not consume milk and only after a lot of arguments with two employees did they agree to change to a milk-free milkshake, claiming that because I had already paid it was impossible to change the order.
I find it absolutely ridiculous that they don't inform anywhere in the store or on the menu that the product includes milk and even when I ordered they didn't tell me anything and they also accused me of not informing them that I don't consume milk (!) when the product I ordered is based on fruit. Very disappointing service and a bad experience, the shake at the end is tasty but not worth the trouble and arguments.
Before writing this comment, I read more bad reviews about the place that it's a shame I didn't see it before booking.
