I rarely take the time out to do reviews but I was soooo disappointed with the food. This is no where near authentic soul food. It didn’t taste good, the serving size for the sides were small, and they didn’t even have utensils. The food was cooked fresh so I had to wait a little which is cool I wouldn’t mind if it actually good.

Magic Soul Food is southern and delightful?

The first time I visited this place I wanted to write a review and share photos of this amazing food. But unfortunately, it was so good once I started eating I didn't stop until my plate was empty‍️. Yes that good

So I returned again and had the Mac& cheese, yams and Cat fish, which is fried to perfection, my fiancé had the salmon & shrimp, Mac& cheese, yams and greens also delicious

We couldn't be happier with our experience. Everything We Ordered was delicious

The food and also the service is amazing. Only problem the food is so good you will be going back for more all the time. Enjoy!

They give you what they want to give you rude as hell I ordered salmon with max n cheese with corn they gave my fried chicken mac n cheese n Candice’s yams I’m allergic to peanuts not sure what oil they used

Overall place is decent had the bbq chicken wings with two sides Mac and cheese was 7 out of ten not as cheesy as I like it collar greens was6.5 out of 10 really only lack flavor wings candied yams was sweet ribs were 8/10 only lack bbq sauce cornbread was a little dry will come back

I was so disappointed i ordered two dinners -wings, collard greens, mac and candied yams corn bread i paid for and never received and 1 slice of cake that was so dry and gritty I had to throw it out. The candied yams were good. The meat in the collard greens was dry dry dry almost trashy and too much vinegar in the greens, but once I took out the meat it was edible. The mac was over cooked it was so soft i thought it was baby food and I'm yet to taste the cheese. The wings were ok, I have noticed the food has been getting worse. I spent $50. Yeah I will not be coming back here.

My co workers told me about this place. I tried the smothered turkey wings they were okay. The Mac n cheese was oily and not good, the seasoned rice was okay, the potato salad was watery and not good. The customer service was not pleasant must be the owner working as the cashier. The place was dirty, chairs on the table, not organized inside. Won’t be going back.

I don’t like to do bad reviews, but I was very disappointed. Craving soul food on a Sunday I ordered from here. I ordered over the phone and the young lady was helpful with answering all my questions and taking my order. I drove 22 minutes and the food was ready. I couldn’t eat the meal, everything was extremely salty. I had to trash the whole meal. I enjoyed the yams which ended up being my dinner. This place has potential, just lay off the salt!

I’m disappointed in what I bought…. I had the turkey wings that could’ve had more flavor…. These folks are heavy handed with salt. Macaroni was tooooo salty the cornbread was too sweet, it taste like cake. The collard greens were good but to much sodium chef needs to tighten up. Customer service was good

Food was great my concerns was the cleanest of the establishment also no public restrooms if these issues are fixed could become a great deal I traveled from fort Lauderdale after a recommendation from a friend also young lady who took our order not so friendly please fix will return

I've tried to give this location multiple chances, primarily because most times the food is good and satisfies the craving for soul food and is in close distance. BUT, the quality of the service and attention to detail by the front of house person is always just a disappointment. Food order was wrong - normally it is checked before leaving (in part my mistake this time) - but between that, the blasting radio and TV that you have to endure while waiting, and the lack of consistency in the prices (menu prices seems to change constantly) - i just give up. I guess i'll have to just drive east or down to Dade next time,

It was my first time visiting here I live In the Miami area. And let me tell you this BLACK OWNED RESTAURANT 10 stars because when I ordered breakfast cheese grits and fried cat fish with a side of scrambled eggs. Everything was good and tasteful. I will be returning in the future.

Customer service was excellent. The woman at the counter, Dan, was very helpful and friendly. The food was delicious. My only regret is that I waited so long to try them, instead of checking them for myself after some of the reviews. I will definitely keep going back.

ABYSMAL SERVICE! The sides were tasty but NEVER order the chicken as they don't remove the feathers. Very disappointed in the customer service as the cashier was not friendly or attentive. I was not greeted, she didn't answer my questions despite me being the only person in the store. Nor did they listen to my concerns or thank me for my business. I previously ordered from there frequently, but I will not be back.

Quality of food is decent. Slow and poor customer service. Waited almost 40 minutes for a dinner. There was no one in the restaurant besides me. Workers nonchalant and moves with no sense of urgency. Sorely disappointed.

Smothered Turkey wings not “smothered”. As matter of fact, no gravy at all. Max n cheese crumbly, individual noodles, not soul food style Mac. Barbecue chicken was dried out and hard, poor presentation. Red velvet cake smelled and tasted old, but the opinion of all parties in my group. Expressed my feelings to the cook about the cake and he developed an attitude, saying the cake “was just made yesterday” with no accommodation for my dissatisfaction. Poor customer service.

Found this place on Uber Eats, i was excited to try it being that’s it’s one of the few soul food places in the area. I got Glazed Salmon, yams, Mac & cheese and corn bread. The fish was good, yams was a little too sweet but ok, corn bread was basic and Mac and cheese was pitiful. I probably will not be ordering again
